I Love this App
This app is the most convenient app I’ve had in my phone to be real witchu! But mind you there are ups and downs to it but overall, it’s a very well kept app for me personally. I was sick and couldn’t make it to the hospital because I wasn’t feeling like it so I downloaded this app and tried it for the first time and I gotta tell you, my experience was outstanding! I was connected with a clinician and he prescribed me medication for whatever I went through. The only flaw that I had to go again and again with it is when I’m rescheduling my visits or even more so missed my appointment you’ll go back and start again and it asked me to pay again. But also that was fixed, told customer support about it and they fixed it right on the spot! So, if you’re like me barely want to do anything with hospital visits, this will be a great app!

Continuing off of my first review
I already reviewed this app when I used it for the first time the other night, but felt I needed to add a little more since! The service I’ve received post my appointment has even been incredible. I’ve picked up my meds from my pharmacy with no issues, the customer service chat line I needed to ask a question they were super nice and helpful. I also forgot to add in my first review that I signed up and was seen within 8 Minutes!! which was incredible!! Not to mention it was almost 1am in the morning when I was seen. Dr Agolia was so nice and helpful! I’ve since also told several people about this app and they are signing up too! Thank you so so much for developing this app and giving such amazing care so quickly and conveniently! We will 100% be using again in the future when needed!

My service was quick, professional and super pleasant. I spoke with Dr. Agolia and she was amazing and thorough and professional. I felt at ease the second the virtual call started. She listened and was engaging in the best way possible.
I was able to get a virtual appointment within 10min of requesting.
I recommend this service to everyone no matter the age. Rather than waiting in an urgent care for hours you can use this service. If you need to speak to a professional about recommendations or a plan of actions that best fit your needs. Or if you just need a Doctors note to return to work or school. I loved the service. Not well organized
I installed the app today but it definitely didn’t work out! After the 85 min wait I hopped into the appointment but the doctor disappeared. I know they are busy there must be a text to inform that the doctor is ready and leave at least 5 minutes for the patient to log in. Mishka’s explanation, she was in the customer service, was that now I am back at the end of the line. It was very unthoughtful since she could at least put me after the person that took my appointment , I don’t believe she couldn’t do anything. She has access to all the appointments. So it was disappointing that after sitting on the phone and waiting all morning I was offered to wait 109 minutes for my next appointment! She was not offering anything else as an option and staring at the phone for another 109 minutes with a migraine wasn’t an option. I didn’t like that cold approach to the patient so I don’t recommend that app. Go to DrSays. They’re great and very quick with the appointments! I received mine right away.

Where do you find a doctor at 3:30 in the morning when you need a prescription for antibiotics? Antidote!! I have a developing tooth abscess , and I need to clear the infection prior to dental work. I was told I would be waiting 30 minutes for the doctor, but my wait was actually three minutes. The doctor was kind, listening to my symptoms and asking appropriate questions. Within 10 minutes of initiating the app, I now have a prescription waiting at my local pharmacy - and the tele appt was under $50! Can’t beat that. Not having to get dressed and go out about when you’re not feeling well is a definite added bonus!!

Late Night
Would highly recommend using the service. Support Staff and doctors are super friendly, helpful and very straight forward to getting you taken care of and getting you the support and care that you need. The doctor tonight went the extra mile to ensure that I was cared for beyond what he was able to provide, by referring me to another cost effective facility near me and providing the information in minutes. Also, made sure to ask if I needed a note to be excused for anything. The wait time initially said 40+ minutes, however I roughly waited maybe 10 if that. Greatly appreciate the help.

Amazing!!!!!!
I was really sick today and needed a doctors note for work but didn’t have the energy to go in. So I scheduled an appointment on the app. The doctor arrived about 5 minutes early to our scheduled appointment and it went fairly fast. He asked me some questions, gave me a doctors note for work and offered to prescribe me something. Overall my experience with this app was very good and I will continue using it. The only thing is, is that your employer may be a little confused where you went for your appointment because the doctors note says antidote in Florida. But other than that it’s great.

Poor service and results
First time using this app. I did the medical note plan and spoke with a doctor. The call was ended too short on their end and the doctor also got the information wrong on my doctors note and they also didn’t inform me the note only lasts for 5 days and not a week like he wanted to put down. I asked for specific things to be put down on the note because my employer won’t accept it otherwise. They agreed but did not do so and put the wrong information on the doctor’s note. I contacted their customer service and they told me I could be reconnected with another doctor so they may adjust the note. I did so, described what the doctor agreed on and what I needed on the note and they put the wrong information down AGAIN and cut my phone call off early AGAIN. Now I have two notes that are useless. Thanks, Antidote, for wasting my time.

It would have been a 5 star
I was hesitant to use this app but I had to give it a try maybe it works. I was desperately need a doctor’s note. I had a coupon for one time visit fo 20 dollars off, it was great. I was a little nervous when I spoke to the doctor and tried to explained to her. She was nice and friendly. The only thing why I gave 4 stars because when I received my doctor’s note, the explanation below was different to what I explained. I tried to open the app again and answer all the questions. But when it asked if I would like to speak with the doctor, and press the button..the app shut me out. I was hoping to get the right explanation for my doctor’s note.

Great experience
Super fast service! Within 10 minutes I was talking to a doctor, she got all my information and although I have full coverage insurance she even took me to a website to lower the cost of my prescription, (so it’s super helpful for those who don’t have insurance) plus the first visit was completely free. She was super helpful when I was asking her questions, and got my prescription over in minutes. I definitely recommend this service and will not be waiting in line at the doctors office again.
