Excellent
The tracker is really helpful and informative it helps me improve my metrics and gives me motivation to do better when my metrics are not where i would like them to be. For example when my speed drops or i didn’t run for a lot of miles that gives me more motivation to improve it next session but one thing I would add is it would be better if there’s a calendar where we can be able to add our schedules for all our sessions and games that would be really helpful and would improve the app overall.

Good App But Some Improvements Would be Nice
I really like the app and how it works as well as the stats that it allows you to see but I can’t give it a 5/5. Three really big improvements would be iPad compatibility while you can download the app for the iPad it does not fit properly which seems odd since they sell iPad on their website. Another thing that would be nice would be if you were able to change the formation in which you played as a team. The last change I would defiantly recommend would be allowing for a workout to be recorded as a run or a different workout after the work out rather than have to go all through the settings just to change a the sport and then have to change again.

Great Product
Really enjoying my gps tracker really easy to pair and sync sessions I use it for soccer and cross country so being able to use my tracker as much as i can overall really enjoying my tracker

Pod will NOT sync to phone and app
We bought the Apex Athlete Series Pod and HR chest belt. The pod will NOT connect to the phone or the app. After spending $300 on this device it will be useless. I have contacted support to try and fix this issue. If we can not get it fixed we will be asking for a refund and buy the competitors device. This should NOT be happening to a device that many top athletes are using per your advertisement and cost this much. There are many options now that cost less. We wanted the best device but if it won’t pair then it’s useless and not the best product. I hope to have this fixed by the time my daughter needs it later tonight.

I’m sick and tired of this spent 295$ for something that can’t even connect to the app I don’t know whether it’s the pod or the app I feel like it’s both I can never connect used it 1 time game good review tried to connect can’t ever connect again emailed support they send me steps tried the steps still doesn’t work I’m confused here

Synching
I loved the tracker for my son, but not it doesn’t sync for anything. He has used it for a few games and I’ve watching the live tracking but when the game is over and I go to sync no data. I’m starting to lose love for this particular tracker. 😢

Terrible device, terrible app
Bought new, have had it for a week, tried everything to have it synch up with my iPhone...ultimately will choose to return...misleading advert...one would think that in order to have Teams endorse your product it would actually work for regular folk who forked $300 on this...sorry, disappointing.

Bad product/ horrible customer service
I bought this product and immediately after the first time I used it it already had problems, I told Stat Sports and I was laughed at asking if I was using the product correctly. Horrible customer service, would not recommend buying this to anyone
