So far it’s pretty good
Please, for the love of god, fix the messaging page. There’s no autocorrect and it’s extremely difficult to move the cursor. It hops all over the place when you try to move it. I end up having to delete everything after the thing I need to fix because it’s the only way to get back to it.

Fraud
Company is a bunch of scam artists. Used the app 8 months and during the initial set up I was asked for insurance information and when my insurance was accepted I was notified that I was covered, proceeded to use the app for treatment until the 7th month mark when suddenly I’m being told I need to keep a credit card on file or they will stop seeing me as a patient. Jump ahead another month and they’re sending me a threatening letter in the mail saying I have an overdue account and owe them a large amount of money in overdue copays that I never once received a single bill for but somehow they managed to get my address correct for a letter threatening me with a collection agency. Jump ahead 2 weeks and they’ve made an unauthorized charge to my account for over $200 which will now be getting reported as fraud. Find better treatment and help elsewhere from an honest company.

Wasted time and money, not patient centered care. After 3 sessions, it was obvious that my therapist was not a good fit for me so I requested a change. The response was: there are currently no providers available, try to work things out and if in 30 days you’re still unhappy, a ticket can be submitted for a change if a new provider is available.
I do not like posting negative reviews and I attempted to address this issue but received the same response.
People are unique and complex, if Apti considered this, there would be a plan in place.
I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I enjoy the service
I’m home sick with a disabled son. This is much better than getting to an outside appointment. I’m very happy with my counselor and doctor. I highly recommend this app to everyone

Password
When asking for a special character, it should be explicitly outlined that certain characters are not accepted. There were no directions that stated only certain characters were permitted, so when my password set up kept getting rejected it was extremely frustrating.

No appointments, hard to email customer support
It has been 5 weeks and the only meeting has been an intake session. Trying to reach support will not work on phone unless the device email is setup when most email providers have you use their app instead.

LOL they really deleted my review
Please use literally any other telehealth app this app is the worst they’ll gladly take your money while giving subpar care with med providers who cancel just before appointments and leave you with no refills not to mention the insensitive useless therapists

Red Dot notification won’t go away
The app icon has a red dot with a 1 in it indicating the app needs my attention but there is no indication as to what it’s trying to notify me. It won’t go away regardless of logging out or reinstalling the app.

I am currently sitting in my first session, which I began 10m early to make sure it was set up. My session began automatically counting down and is now 14m in without anyone showing up on the other side.
