See a doctor ‘face-to-face’, anytime and anywhere, with the myVisitNow mobile app from MVP Health Care®, powered by American Well. MVP members, whose coverage includes this benefit, can get the expert advice they need without driving to the doctor’s office. Choose from a wide range of primary and specialty care providers, including MDs, behavioral health specialists, nutritionists, and lactation consultants - and no need to make an appointment for urgent care visits!

Certified medical professionals will meet with you via your smartphone, tablet, or personal computer to assess your needs, provide treatment plans, and in some cases write a prescription. We recommend that you coordinate any required follow-up care with your primary care physician.

This service is a covered benefit for eligible MVP members, upon renewal. Please consult your MVP membership materials for details.

Please note that telehealth is not for emergencies. If you’re having a medical emergency, call 911.

If you use Apple Health, you can choose to share your health information with the provider during your online visit, such as heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature, blood glucose levels, weight, nutritional information, and respiratory rate.

Grateful for this service!
This app works wonderfully and I have used it for quick urgent care visits when I just need a routine medication for a common problem, and also for therapy. It was so helpful to me during a time of loss and grief to be able to talk with a psychologist within an hour to get some perspective and create a plan for healing. I have also emailed one of my Telehealth doctors when I had a medication question and received a helpful answer the same day. Can’t say enough good things about this app and this service! The only complaint I have is that if I receive a phone call during a visit it cuts off the video for a moment.

MVP my visit now is so convenient and quick
I love this app and how easy and fast you can set up an appointment with any kind of doctor you need. I’m so lucky they had Dr. Syed. She was amazing, knowledgeable, experienced, kind and not judgmental. She actually even had experience in the field I was having some issues with so I felt this was a perfect match for me. She really understood what I was going through. I can’t recommend her highly enough. Great doctor and great app. And I love that we can set everything up quickly from the comfort of your home.

First time and it was great
I tried calling my doctor’s office but couldn’t get through after several attempts. This process was new and a little odd at first but you get connected right away and have a meaningful conversation with a doctor. Kind of amazing especially when you don’t feel well and don’t want to sit in a waiting room full of people who may be sicker than you. Grateful for this option!

Lazy adult providers!
I decided to close out of the app just now because I’ve been transferred to 4 different providers in less than an hour... because they keep logging off 🤬🤬🤬 how the hell am I supposed to be seen if providers keep logging off!?! One of the providers didn’t even SEE any patients and I know this because I was the VERY FIRST IN LINE to be seen and I WAS TRANSFERRED Because HE LOGGED OFFLINE!!!!

I know I put very convenient as my title but this app is so much more than that. I was able to pick the person I wanted to talk to and she turned out to be great. She has provided many helpful suggestions and she has plenty of wisdom and experience. I only wished I'd started using this service long ago.

Happy with my experience
I chose to do an online visit for ear pain I’m having because I was exposed to my friend who’s father has Covid-19. My doctor I got was really friendly and prescribed me some drop for my ear. It was quick and easy. Thank you to all the doctors and to MVP for having this as an option.

Fantastic
Using the app was simple and straightforward. Directions were clean and helpful. Visit with provider went smoothly. Saved me a trip to urgent care, didn’t have to be around others germs or wait while quite uncomfortable (UTI) in a crowded waiting room.
