The game is great because it is straight forward: unencumbered with too many bells and whistles. To me this is a bonus since too much game-y stimulation is a distraction and instigates ADHD behavior for my children. Basic is better for my boys. However, I would recommend a few improvements. 1st, the ability to make more than one profile so that multiple family members may keep track of their scores on the same device. 2nd, the ability to separate scores within a profile based on levels and types of combinations: i.e. all subtraction scores stored separately from all addition scores or all combined operations scores stored separately from the single operation scores, etc. Even color coding the scores would help. 3rd, we really, really, really need the ability to pause games in case of interruption. 4th, we need to be able to delete scores that are uncharacteristically poor or do not reflect the actual ability of the student so much as they show a bad day for their focus. Other than these simple points, I think this game is wonderful! It's been quite helpful for my young children and I love that it will grow with their abilities with practice.
