What in the world is wrong with the app. I use it all the time for schedules and scores and for the last month it has just said loading and a spinning circle every time I open it. What’s weird is I still get notifications from it, but cannot load it when I open it. Please repair ASAP!!!

I got the app so a friend could easily transfer there tickets for a basketball game to me.
My experience with this app has been absolutely excruciating.
I’ve wasted three hours of my life trying to get access to the tickets. Still no luck.
The iPhone version of the app has a horrible user experience design and glitchy interface. No awareness of clicking on anything.
I’ve had to consistently re-login multiple times. And you have to log in an additional time to access the ticket feature.
The tickets never transferred for me.
And the app kept crashing on me and giving error messages. For some reason the app wanted to connect to Google Chrome. Which was odd because I’m on an iPhone and kept getting error message saying that the software was not iPhone compatible.
Here I am three hours later. No tickets. No luck with the app. And no help until tomorrow morning.

I don’t like to say it but boo pig sooie with the app
The my teams function is not working properly, even though I select certain teams it still shows all the teams schedules men and women. The game mode function does not even show up anymore even though i have it selected in settings. A dark theme would be a nice add on. I believe it has potential and probably just a few minor updates or bug fixes would solve it mostly. Someone just needs to do it.

Amazing how a great app for schedules, news, etc can be totally ruined. App hasn’t loaded (just spins) for most of 2022. Very poor UofA. Very poor. Do you even use your own app??!
UPDATE: another commenter suggested deleting and reinstalling the app to fix the infinity spin. It worked. UofA still needs to fix it with an update.

If the app spins, delete and reload it
It hasn’t worked for months for me, despite multiple app updates. I finally deleted it and reloaded it and it worked immediately. Recommend you do the same if you have the “eternally spinning circle”.

Had major issues….
I’ve had this same problem for about 2 months even when I got the latest update the app WOULD NOT OPEN. This morning it did not work. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and now it WORKS! I’ve been waiting on a real fix for weeks, maybe it’s been there for everyone. Delete, reload.

Was really good, but won’t load anything, now
This app has been extremely useful in the past. It had a ton of useful information, and it made it easy to find game day policies, recommended arrival times, maps, and all kinds of stuff.
Now? Worthless. It just shows a spinning icon and says it’s loading. It has been this way for quite a while.
Despite how great it was in the past, I’m changing my rating and calling this one useless, now.

I am having trouble with loading
It has been a great app so far and had no problems but for some reason I can’t open it is stuck in loading. It is taking forever and I don’t want to miss the game this week. Can someone fix it for me?
