I saw someone else post this, but I’m fairly certain they weren’t happy that I was actually winning and they shut me out of betting In Game on Table Tennis, weird I know but it worked. So after I was shut out I talked to 3 different people on 3 different days, nothing was solved, I was just told to delete and redownload the app multiple times. They also claimed I wasn’t shut out of anything but the options I had before are still missing. Frustrating but it’s whatever.

I have had so many issues with this app and every time I try to contact support they will just never answer me back or even attempt to help fixing my issue. Still owe me money from over 2 months ago then tonight I made some bets and all of my losses they immediately close and count as a loss as soon as the game ended, but all my wins have been left open so I can’t receive my payout and has been almost a day now since the games all ended. If they are able to instantly change odds of games during live betting and instantly take my money from losses, then they should have absolutely no problem actually paying me for my wins in a timely matter. They obviously could care less about taking care of the few customers they actually have.

I waited over a year to give a review to truly see if this app would grow, and if it would listen to the arkansas gamblers. They keep trying to force flashbets, there are NO incentives to come to this app. I’ve seen countless pleas for SGP’s, a better parlay system, alternate lines, a refer a friend program, maybe tournaments of some sort. But no, they have not gave us what we want and clearly show they’re just gonna do what they want. If you’re in arkansas use the betly Sportsbook, it’s a little wonky looking as far as layout but they have so many better options as far as SGP’s and an ability to parlay them, the tournaments they run every week have kept me coming back for months. Stay always from this app and maybe they’ll finally figure it out

They give the option of “Match Winner” and “Money Line” on Soccer. I chose Inter Miami as the winner of the match and based off of the wording of the bet Miami was the “Match Winner”. There is nothing about regulation time included in the bet. All of my other bets stated they had to hit in regulation time and again this was the only one that didn’t. I contacted customer service where the agent told me he that he will tell the trade team to make it obvious that it’s always regulation. I wouldn’t have taken the bet in that case as if taken in the black/white way it was worded… “MATCH WINNER” means “MATCH WINNER”… I then asked for my bet to be voided because of this unclear wording and they wouldn’t. Just do yourself a favor and stay away…

Finally glad we have an app to bet. I don’t have to leave the house to deposit or pick up my money. If I have an issue customer service is extremely quick and on point with everything. Recommended to all my family and friends. Feels like I added an extra source of income, up 7 grand since the SuperBowl and will continue to add more to it.

I’ve had a winning wager stuck on “Open” that wont pay out. It won 5 weeks ago. I’ve reached out seven times, and each time they seemed surprised and believe they can fix it that day, then it always ends with, they’ll reach out once it’s corrected. It’s been 5 weeks. Im just being ignored. And the whole time the only compensation I’ve received is one free $25 bet. Any other Sportsbook would be so much more willing to fix and appropriately compensate for a 5 week delay on settling a winning bet. It feels like a prank honestly

I successfully deposited my first couple of deposits. I hit a decent party and when I tried to withdraw through the same method it wouldn’t let me. The chat person said they would work it up the chain, but I have little to no confidence anything was done. Going to give some other sports betting apps a try and go from there I guess.

Is there anyway you can put a kiosk machine that can read your ticket so there is no need to go to the window. I know I had a winning ticket and the lady at the window said no it wasn’t, so I ask for my lossing tickets back, and she said she was unable to give them back…..THATS A LIE, SHE KEPT THE TICKETS, AND CASHED THEM IN HERSELF. Love the app. Love that you're able to SGP in most sports. Is there a reason why you can't SGP in hockey? And why does it take certain props away when you do? Easily the best sportsbook in Arkansas. There's got to be a way to add alternate lines, in example for basketball, points (10,15,20,25,30,35,40), assists (6,8,10) rebounds (6,8,10,12)

Hockey some alternate lines for multiple goals and SOG (3,4,5,6,7)

Just an example. I don't believe this would make you go broke because it's still hard to hit a parlay. Running the alts as straights are pointless.

Saracen is hands down the worst sports book in Arkansas. First of they have the least amount of wagering options by far. Their SGP bets offer no additional lines. Their may take up half an hour to pay out. Their app is under routine maintenance on NFL Sunday at 330pm. Have had a situation where they accepted money from my debt card, but when I won I attempted to cash out I had to provide all kinds of documentation because of security reasons. Their operation is a joke.
