The ATI Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS) is a test administered by colleges and universities in the United States and Canada to assess an applicant’s readiness for a career in the health sciences. Currently in its sixth version, you may hear the test referred to as the “TEAS 6.” The test is composed of 170 multiple-choice questions and covers four subjects: English and Language Usage, Mathematics, Science, and Reading.

Sums up everything you need to know
I wish I had a chance to use the entire app prior to taking the TEAS, but alas, that was not possible. Still, I use through enough of it to get a good idea of how the test questions would be worded. Even if you don’t get through the whole thing, the sample questions were worded the same way on the test as in the app. Some questions showed me how easy it is to overlook minor details that would be the difference between a right and wrong answer. Upon getting it wrong, you can view the answer key and see what you got wrong and why. I over analyze test questions so this was a big help. Definitely review the math and A&PII Sections— there’s a lot of that on the TEAS. The app was a great resource, and I passed it with a decent enough score first attempt. With a score that high, it wasn’t necessary for me to retake it again and spend another $200. I would say the app was certainly worth the purchase.

87 on the TEAS with this guide. Great app, great price.
I used this app, studied it for about a week and a half total and scored an 87 on the TEAS. I had background knowledge from Anatomy I, Chemistry (although there was virtually no chemistry on my exam), and Biology. Definitely a good test review. 3 practice tests in the app and I personally found the review questions to be more challenging than the exam. There were some typos and errors but it was mostly in the practice tests. Cheaper and I believe it is more informative than the ATI study guides.

Helped me do very well!
This guide helped me score in the 97th percentile and, eventually, get into nursing school!I highly recommmend the ATI TEAS Secrets Study Guide because it offers detailed explanations to answers and several practice tests that were similar to the actual exam. Because it's so detailed and even breaks down each section by the material test-takers are expected to know, it's a fantastic option if you haven't taken A&P I and II, Micro or even Chemistry I and II. Worth every penny!

Worth the purchase
Ordered this app on Appstore it’s very helpful when it comes to studying for the teas. It’s half the cost on here than at Barnes and Noble! Also get the teas quick study guy and you should be all set for success on the teas.

I just finished (and passed) my TEAS, this app got me usey for the using, math, and english tests... HOWEVER.... the science portion of the test was very intense and i was not 100% usey, the app comes with 3 practice exams for each subject, my strategy was to take the first practice test first, without studying to see what my weakness were, then studied my butt off for 3 weeks. Like i said, the app has all the information you need for Math, English and Reading.... but make sure you KNOW your science. Hope this review helped. Good luck guys!

I got this app in hopes that it would better prepare me for taking the TEAS exam. Upon opening the app and selecting what test I would like to study for every section was real estate based. This app doesn’t have anything on it that pertains to nursing or healthcare.
