AFCRO-130 study - Removed some unneeded features / content and fixed some minor bugs to prepare for it going live to participants.

Added new Atlantia survey, AFRCO-151. Various bug fixes.

Addressed issue where navigation buttons may be pushed out of view on smaller devices.

Fixed a potential UI issue where buttons on the GDPR page may become inaccessible on certain devices.

Added a third survey type, "AFCRO145" and several minor bug fixes.

Included a dialog in AFCRO-141 study to remind users that any entries after 12pm midnight should be made in a new day's questionnaire. Addressed an issue whereby questionnaires were prematurely marked as completed.

Two minor fixes:
1. Changed the words 'GDPR agreement' in the app to 'privacy notice' at client's request.
2. Fixed a typo.

Added a GDPR agreement page before initial registration page.
