ChatPal is a free and easy to use mental health app that you can use to support your mental health. The app is designed to provide positive psychology activities that empower you to enhance your overall health and wellness. By focusing on what is important to you it provides your emotions, engagement daily tasks, personal, relationships, meaning, accomplishments, and your physical health.
It also provides an opportunity for you to measure your well being using the World Health Organization’s easy-to-use Wellbeing Scale.
