Exceeded Expectations
One small AudioFetch Express box provided a strong signal throughout a 10k sq ft sanctuary space. Very easy setup. Just a audio output and power plug. The only limitation was that there is no way to restrict internet access if the AudioFetch is connected to Internet via the provided Ethernet Jack. Customization and usage reports require Internet connection which works well, but are not possible if there is a need to restrict internet access while connected to the Audiofetch Express.

Great App! ...and staff support
I was introduced to this app when I joined a new gym. I spend a lot of time on treadmills, and being able to watch TV and or listen to music means a lot! At my old gym the headphone jacks were always messing up and no one cared to fix them, and that’s one of the reasons why it’s my old gym. This app allows you to plug into your own phone…which is a terrific idea! And it’s very easy to maneuver from channel to channel. When I noticed an issue I’m one of the channels not coming in stereo, the staff was all over it and worked with the owner of the gym to get it fixed as quickly as possible. Great communication and great effort on their part! Thank you!

Simple install
I purchased the FetchExpress for our church which seats about 250 people in a 450 sq ft sanctuary with very high ceilings. I did include a rep to be with me from the church Audio equipment company when doing the setup. He was helpful and very impressed with the simplicity and, most of all, the signal strength and quality. The system works flawlessly and is so easy to connect. If you are familiar with your smartphone you’ll have no problems. We will gather some used smartphones from the kitchen drawers to make available to those that need help. The system is an affordable gift to our church fbo members including myself.

I recently purchased AudioFetch Express to add hearing assistance to our Sunday worship services. I was excited about all the features and the ability to use the same device for inside the church and for tours. I am very impressed with how easy AudioFetch was to set up and use. My hard-of-hearing parents felt it worked well also. Integrating AudioFetch into our church audio system was a breeze. We were able to get multiple users up and running quickly. For any questions we had, we received excellent support. Highly recommended!!

Great product!
Purchased a system for my fitness club 10 months ago and have had a good experience. I am not the most tech savvy person but was able to install and setup myself with one call for support during installation. Members like the app and I don’t have to worry about damaged receivers or faulty headphone jacks on my cardio equipment any longer. Along with not having to worry about maintaining receivers on cardio equipment it saves around $300 per new cardio unit purchased that don’t need additional receivers installed.

Great App and Great Company!
I have had AudioFetch in our gym for 7 years now. It has worked flawlessly for the entire time. The sound coming through the app is very clear and loud! Prior to having AudioFetch we had some competitors products in the gym that were not as clear nor as loud as AudioFetch. I have called tech support about changing TV setups and other things like that and their tech support is one of the best I have encountered in a long time. Thanks AudioFetch!

Horrible App
I got this app to listen to shows while working out when my gym started this service. It works most of the but then cuts out a lot and you have to reset the Wifi to get back to listening. My biggest issue is that if you don’t dismiss the app before you leave it hijacks your phone in the car and puts a call in progress to who knows where. Once the phone is hijacked, you can’t disconnect the call until you dismiss the app. THIS IS dangerous if you had to make an emergency call. The same thing has happened to my wife’s phone so I know it isn’t an isolated incident. I wish my gym would go back to the old plug in and listen ways.

Great feature for our members.
I purchased AudioFetch for one of my gyms over a year ago and it’s been an absolute crowd pleaser. So I’ve now purchased and installed it into 2 other locations and our members just love it!!
