I'm sure that the app is lovely, however, the waitlist to access the app is far too long. I've been waiting for around 2 days now, looking for notifications and oftenly checking the app. I'm 100% sure that I have my notifications on for the app but nothing has changed.

Why there is a need for a waitlist in the first place confused me at first, yet, I was willing to be patient because the app seems interesting. I'm not a very patient person so I've quickly grown impatient.

Something about the waitlist has to be changed.

I am not sure what this app is supposed to be. Is it a place for new filters, is it a fandom site? Either way the only content I’ve seen is others work that have been taken from various locations on the internet and placed in this app. I haven’t seen much in the way of original work, aside from filter options. But the thing about filters is there is no one size fits all.

Any filter I have ever used I am either not entirely happy with the outcome, or I end up changing the setting to fit my original photos. This app seems more like a giant copyright nightmare that I would rather not get involved in but, seeing what I’ve seen I can’t help but think “is this even legal?!”

Given all of this and, my own experience with copyright, I am just going to steer clear of this app.

Why is there a waiting list? I bet the app is amazing but what can I say I have never even been on it I never got see it. I have had this app for 3-5 months now something needs to change.

Aura really brings together filter creation and fandom together. In the app, you can browse through specific topics and see different filters that people make for their fandoms. You can also Remix their posts and edit it as much as you like or even create your own filters.

I really love how easy the app is to navigate especially with the newest update. Now, finding people in my fandom and finding new filters for my posts has never been easier, thanks to Aura! 💙

I absolutely LOVE having an app dedicated just to fandoms!! It’s really cool getting to play with styles and filters on other people’s photos, and I love the environment. The best part is not having to worry about an annoying algorithm like instagram

i think i’ve had this app since it originally first came out. and i have been on the waiting list SINCE THEN. nine months i have been waiting and have not been allowed to use the app. what’s even the point of having an app that users cannot use?

I love this app, but it will not let me add filters that I made 100% myself. In the Polarr app it says “export to aura” but in the aura app, no filters show up.

Why would you make a app that exit everytime you try to put a flitter on a photo
