Used to work
Ever since the iOS 12 update the app does not work right. It shows a camera connected to the Installation Tool but only a model and a gray box. Will not connect to the camera itself. Have uninstalled and reinstalled a couple times and tried with a dozen or so cameras but it still doesn’t work. Kind of makes the Installation Tool itself pretty much useless.

App needs an update
App is very handy when only working with a few cameras at a time. But it becomes time consuming when going through dozens of cameras. Cameras load slow and the M3005 and M3045-v do not fully load onto the screen. You can only see that the model camera is there're and nothing else. I'm sure there are other models doing the same, but I have not run across them yet. This app is in need of a firmware update!

Like other reviews state on latest IOS version (for me 15.4.1) App doesn’t work at all, yet they still sell this unit and advertise this app in the box, and it seams like this has been an issue for years based on reviews and yet nothing has changed,

Doesn’t work anymore
Used to work on my iPhone a few months ago. Not sure if it’s iOS or the latest update to the app, but it doesn’t work anymore. Says “not connected” even though I am connected to the T8415’s WiFi. Please fix!!

Tool is good. How do you not have zoom in app?
I would of given this 5 stars except for the lack of controlling zoom in/out for varifocal fixed cameras. You can do it on the camera webpage but not the app. Serious flaw.

I have been using the app for quiet time and i must say its very handy and useful. Recently i found out that the app doesn’t work well with the ios 11.

This should be an aide for camera programming and troubleshooting yet here I am wanting to throw this tool and app 4 stories to the ground.
