It is not fully developed yet, which is noticable by the lack of some important features, such as the integration with the Apple Health, but it gives you some unique insights nevertheless, such as your Chronotype and Circadian Health Score. The team behind the app is updating it on a weekly basis, and promises to deliver the integration by the end of the year, which should really move this app to the next level. For the best results, you should use the app together with the AYO wearable. Overally, nice looking, interesting app, with some really valuable insights and guidance that can help you improve your sleep and health, and with a lot of great potential yet to be fully reached.
