As an early adopter, I ordered my sleep mask in 2016, and waited nearly two years to receive it, one year later than it was expected to be available. Since then, there was a period of well over a year where the app was crashing, sometimes without it fully opening. That was a time when I was frequently traveling internationally, so the mask was useless to me. The app updates were rare. It has been updated once in the past two years. To this day, the website is effectively abandoned. The blog was last updated two and a half years ago. The technology may be there, but without a functioning company behind it you are on your own. I regret my purchase.
