You can check out your mood history tab to keep track of trends and patterns in your mood, allowing you to stay in control of your mental health. Don’t worry about notifications - we’ll send you a reminder once a day and you can choose when you’d like to be notified.

The journal is a space for you to write anything at all. You can use it to talk about your good and bad days, elaborate on the mood tags you selected, or just vent about parenting. We hope this is a change you can incorporate into your routine for the better.
