You don’t have to reach a permanent state of enlightened bliss to be a yogi. We’re all real people who live real lives and let’s be honest -- stress and being crunched for time is part of that experience. Good thing Bad Yogi’s here to help ;)
Classes ranging from 20- to 60-minutes, you’ll find bonus resources focused on yoga philosophy and meditation. I'm your instructor, Erin Motz, and I teach in a fun, accessible way that won't make you feel like everything you do is “wrong.” I’ve been teaching for 12+ years, but you won’t hear much Sanskrit and I really don’t care whether you know your asana from your elbow. We’re going to make yoga an enjoyable part of your life, not another chore you’re obligated to fulfill. You get to do yoga on your time, at your pace, and without an audience of strangers awkwardly looking at you in Happy Baby (if you’ve never done yoga before, you’ll soon learn why this is hilarious ;))

Best online yoga teaching, hands down!
I just discovered Erin’s classes several weeks ago. This is the first platform where I took the leap to become a paid subscriber as her communication style is so crystal-clear. App works great for playing the classes streaming, has a download option and some other nice features. I’ve been doing yoga for several years regularly so can’t comment on classes for complete beginners. Really has been helping me improve and get increased satisfaction out of my practice. Thank you Erin and co at BadYogi!

Best yoga studio, hands down.
I’ve been doing yoga for over ten years and “with” Erin for three of those. I am a huge fan of her teaching style and yoga philosophy, which isn’t stuffy or intense. She makes you feel at ease in your practice, regardless of where you are in your yoga “journey.” There is a great diversity of flows (time, intensity, part of body worked) of flows in the studio and the interface is easy to use. This is a great way to join the Bad Yogi family!

This app is the best investment for your mental and physical health. I’ve been practicing yoga at home with Erin since 2014 and love her teaching style. She has it all in the studio, from intense cardio classes, to backbend classes, restorative, quick, hour-long...it’s a treasure trove that grows by 1 new class each week. So thankful for the opportunity to do yoga from home with Erin, and pick my own schedule/classes.

Great classes, easy to use
I love Erin and her classes. She has a wide variety and they are sorted into simple categories. The app is clean, easy to use and you can download classes to watch without internet connection. There’s even a way to schedule classes in a personal calendar. Love this app and love Bad Yogi!

I’ve been following Bad Yogi for about a year and Bad Yogi Yoga has given me a new perspective on what Yoga is and can be. You don’t have to be able to do pretzel moves ;) or if you can - that’s great, too. Bad Yogi meets you where you are in a no judgement approach. This app is exactly what I expected...bad Yogi at its best!! Accessible on the go!!

Great app!
I already knew I loved Erin Motz, and this app (subscription to Bad Yogi Studio) is everything I wanted. The videos are well-organized, you can download and stream from chrome cast, and you can easily cancel or pause your subscription from the app. Love!

Love Bad Yogu
I've been watching Erin's videos for years, and have already been a Studio member (online) for a few months. I love it! There's a great mix of classes (types, lengths, etc.) with modifications to make it easier or more challenging. Can't wait to use the app!

Best yoga app/site!
The Bad Yogi Studio is well worth the subscription. Erin Motz, the Bad Yogi, is a wonderful instructor who presents everything in a super clear manner. The classes are great for all levels, and Erin walks you through how to make the poses more or less challenging as needed.
