Simple but does the job well
One suggestion: make the process of saving the bar weight simpler. For instance, after saving, you have to close the pop up, then you have to click on plates to get rid of the keyboard, and then you can get back to the calculator screen. So many steps! Please just make it a simple save button press that takes you right back to the calculator automatically. I have to do this all the time and it’s very annoying. In fact, just put it on the same screen as the plates. It doesn't need to be another screen. Just put it above the plates on the same screen. Huge improvement!

Almost perfect
I love how I can tap the bar itself to change the weight. To make this perfect: 1. Most important: Show a total of each size of plates added to a side, like the “Bar is Loaded” app. When the weight gets high, it can be nice to simply read “oh, i need to add five 45 plates to each size” instead of counting them up on the app. 2. Less important: Allow adding collars, like the “RackMath” app. Collars vary a lot, from not much to around 5 lbs each. Not a huge deal to me, but would round out the app nicely. 3. Bonus icing on the cake: give us the option to “add weight” to the stack instead of resetting the entire weight stack. I often start at lower weights and add weight as I go. Being able to see what I should add to get to my new, higher weight, without having to re-rack the entire bar, would be awesome!

Best one yet
I never write reviews but this one takes the cake! I see some apps that need premium features to even change the weight of the bar but not this one! Also you won’t be able to find your percentages that you would like, I personally don’t mind that. I suggest you give this app a try!

Modifiable History
Works well. Would be nice to be able to modify or remove individual dates from the history page without having to delete the entire lift and restart.

Please fix the timer
The app works great and does what it’s supposed to. My only complaint is that the timer function freezes all the time. It’s really annoying to get done with a set, go to hit the timer and nothing happens. Oftentimes I don’t even realize it until it’s too late.

Correct
Only calculator that I have found that correctly calculates with 1.25 and 0.5 plates. For instance 88lbs is never correct, they would use the 1.25 before the 0.5, but with this app, it is correct.

Exactly what you need
Simple plate calculator that works well. Two requested features. Barbell bar type inventory with customizable weight and a reverse plate calculator where you would load the bar with weight plates and see the total weight.
