Just ok
The primary problem is that the BAS website is as poor of a design as the ap. Not being able to search for a provider within the app is archaic. Had Cign@ ins last year and their website was on point. BAS needs to do some reconnaissance missions and find out what C has on their website so as to improve the BAS site.

Not user friendly
Tried to register 4 times. Always brought back to same page. Not user friendly. Followed instructions on creat account page but it always returned to same page without information as to why it didn’t go through. No error message. Just bounced back. Very frustrating. I hope the insurance isn’t difficult like the app.
