Would like to see more!
This app is OK, but was more useful with the old app that could show the “mybernina” section where I could store which machines I own and which presser feet I own and which presser feet are compatible with my machine. This was great so that I could shop and know exactly which ones I already own. Since I already get the emails from Bernina this app does nothing but take up space on my phone…

Couldn’t create an account
I’ve now spent an hour trying to create an account. It’s “still verifying”. By now we all know how to download apps and create accounts so this shouldn’t be taking so long. You can’t access the app or use it unless you creat an account and login every time. That’s nuts. Why do I need an account anyway? Why store my info on the cloud and not in my phone? This means I’ll have to have internet access in a store in order to use the app. And we all know you can’t get an internet connection in most stores. And I really don’t want have to login every time I want to check my stuff. Another password to remember. No thank you. Ugh. I don’t like this direction. Too much of my life is already in the clouds! Enough. I won’t be using this app. I’ll just take a screen shot of available accessories keep a list in NOTES on my iPhone. Love Bernina. Just not this app.

Not much benefit now
The old app was perfect. It didn’t rely on internet to be useful. As it is, if I’m out and have little service, I can’t use it. (So many stores buildings tend to block internet service or the area I’m in.) As someone said, this is mostly a shortcut to the web. It might do well on the computer, but as an app it hardly suffices any more. By the time I get it to open to my feet page, I’m already ready to quit. Most of the time, the page disappears or only goes back to Home. Please give me an app that works without internet, without all the other stuff that I already get by email. Oh, yeah, like every other app today, you want to keep track of everyone. Sad. Bernina, you make fantastic machines, but this app is a blot on your good record. You are better than this!

App thinks I’m a bot…
I loved the original app so much more because I didn’t need to connect to the internet to use it. I worked through adapting to the changes, because it was still useful. However, I cannot get into the app because cloud flare only makes it through the”verification” that I’m a person, not a bot when I access the Bernina website directly. (Doing both on my iPhone). Every time I try to open the app, it cannot get past that verification rendering the app useless to me. And the clincher is that I cannot any longer access my wishlist! I just bought a new machine and would love to add some things to my wishlist. Really bummed about this.

Why do I have to
I loaded the app, signed in, and yes you show what machine I have registered as owning. Why do I now have to individually enter all the feet and accessories that came with it? The app would be a lot more useful and user friendly if that (known to you) information was automatically filled in when I go to the “My Accessories” section. Now I have to look at all the feet and stuff that came with it to manually enter each one. I could be spending that time sewing or making a wishlist of future feet and things.

I was very excited to get an email that said this app was available again, i downloaded it straight away. I am most excited about being able to keep track of my presser feet and wishlist. However, upon downloading- it was a little disappointing that every time I open the app I have to login again. It is slow and doesn’t always accept the login info. I don’t mind logging in once, but it would be nice if the login info would at very least save.

Concept vs execution
I love the idea of having easy access to lots of patterns, but the search engine isn’t intuitive at all (mostly giving machine recommendations instead of projects) and navigation is a PAIN. I cannot for the life of me find a back button, and have to start my browsing all over from the beginning every time

I like being able to look up a foot and see exactly what it does. I also like being able to keep track of which ones I own and which ones I want.

Back with Fun features
Love the app & was elated to have it return after awhile with no app. The new app is functional for keeping me abreast of my feet & accessories I own for each of my machines. Glad it also ties into the Inspiration magazine and to the webpage

The Opposite of Improved
I found the former app very useful because it helped me keep track of the B products that I own and shop at the same time. Now, even with my iPhone 11Pro up to date I get a continuous verification page and can only use the website which does not have all of the products I had loaded on the previous app!! I never even got a notice re such a dramatic change. What gives?
