Only way in Michigan to disable Casino without disabling Sportsbook
I’ve tried most of the sportsbooks in Michigan, and not only is BetRivers the one that I’ve had by far the most success with (mainly because their deposit bonus has only a 1x wagering req) but it also is the ONLY sportsbook app in Michigan where you can disable the Casino without disabling the Sportsbook, and vice versa. No venmo deposits and slow withdraw times are a minus, but the prior point shows at least a shred of integrity that other betting apps don’t have!

It’s crazy this has a 4 star review.
I can tell you now they paid for that 4 stars. Before it was bet rivers it was sugar house and they have way decently paid people out. Now, you can put 100$ into a game at a dollar a spin and not win even your bet back for those spins. They add “features” to a game with already existing features which make it impossible to get the free spins or any features besides the ones that come across your screen like when rakin bacon rains coins. Used to love 777 strike back before they had the “jackpot” that literally only seems to go off right at the last second. And because they added jackpot reels, you’ll almost never get the original feature anymore. I miss when it was Sugarhouse. I at least felt like I had fun and enjoyed the games, now it’s just nonsense and they just constantly change existing game instead of creating new ones. And end up completely ruining the game. They will basically chose who wins and who doesnt under the guise of “oh it’s checked by people so it’s all good” yet we don’t know what they check, how they check, or how they even make that assumption. I’ve put more money then I wish to count into this site, and they have taken every bit of it and the biggest win I got was 1000$, 10 years ago. And since then, nothing.

Do Not Deposit!! Kept my money.
They requested a bunch of personal documents like my drivers license and business declaration after I won. But they didn’t ask for any of that when I deposited. Don’t deposit with this company. Even after I submitted documents, they keep asking to reupload for reasons like images are blurry. Keep in mind I’m a professional photographer so I know what blurry is and that’s not the case with these people. They use the loop hole for reading their agreement and allowed to keep your money but it’s absolutely criminal if you in fact submit the requested documents. Crooks!!!’ ****Update 9/13* Replying to developer response. I’ve live chatted with you, I’ve resent the requested documents numerous times. If you call that expediting, then get a dictionary because I’m still waiting for you all to review my resubmission and it’s now been days. What kind of person making bets want to wait days for you to transfer their winnings due to your lack of ability to review efficiently. Joining the class action lawsuit group that conjured up on Reddit. Just google it. You all have caused me such grief and stress from this experience that I have been documenting our interactions and forking over the evidence to the Attorney General along with the others. Enjoy the little money you stole BetRivers. We’ll get it back!! Not sharing screen name to have you all target my account and since you have so much of my personal financial data.

Losses over wins
I’ve had this app for months now and at first it was decent I was getting good wins and then all of a sudden every game I play it just takes my money I know it’s gambling but the losses is more frequent than the wins so I went over to draft kings because of this and they offered 50$ free play for returning customers. This app has no promotions that normal casino players would like to use its only promotions for the sports betting. They could do a lot more with keeping customers and offering some type of promotions every now and then but they don’t. I’m highly debating on just closing my account and telling everyone I know not to download and play it. Just disappointed with the overall app and all. I must say though they have the most slot games than any other app which is probably what has kept me around this long otherwise I would of gave it the boot a while ago. I still may though

This app is not better then the old how can you lose signal when on Wi-Fi and have all signal bars up there I don’t understand it. Every 5-10 minutes I get a geo failed. Saying can’t play because can’t determine your location. But I’m sitting in the same spot I was sitting in just 3 minutes ago when I was playing. Also lose more signal when going into a bonus or bingo trying to come up. O don’t get me started on bingo, going fine then all of a sudden I’m guessing booted out. No one even had got a bingo at the time so didn’t understand that one either. I’d rather have old version. Only improvement I see is seems like you get booted out your game a lot. I even stood outside in the cold to see if I would lose signal. Tell me why I got a hole difference lost signal message that I’ve never seen before, but my phone still have all the signal bars still up there.

Trash to say the very least
It’s one of the worst gambling apps out there. They play favorites because the same names flash across the screen winning every single time, except yours. Is it fairly regulated? You can play the same game for 7 consecutive days straight and I promise you, you’ll NEVER get a bonus game and even when you do (which is HIGHLY unlikely), you’ll get very limited wins, nothing to write home about. So no, not fairly regulated. You can play $2000 a day and get a bonus game that will pay you $10-$30. Go figure. It doesn’t matter what bet you place, from a $.10c bet to a $100 bet, your account will be limited in the winnings. Stay away from this app.

Average at Best - Always pop ups
The app is average at best. It’s much better than when it first came out but only marginally. Every time you log in a pop up shows up. Every single time. After you close the pop up next is a scrolling bar of spam near the top. It’s beyond annoying. Not a single other betting app I use does this. The only reason to ever use this app is to get better odds than at other books. I’ve hoped for a couple of years for it to improve but it always disappoints. Hopefully they find a solution or start from scratch because I give action only when the odds are significantly better, otherwise I avoid it.

Don’t win or they’ll limit you
I’ll give it to them they have a business strategy. Give out bonuses to have people come and then limit the people who win. I deposited the max I could and i lost the first 2 bets so I lost my deposit. Deposited more and started creeping back to the positive until I was limited to only $17 per college basketball game. I reached out to customer service to figure out why and couldn’t get a straight answer other than they have the right to limit me at any time and was dropped by the person who took 10 minutes to respond because I didn’t respond within 60 seconds of his message. I went to the back of a 15 person line that didn’t exist when I first asked about the question. Pretty sketchy practices if you ask me

I give up on this app…… Several times it would only pay 60cents and less than $5.00. These games are just like the Rivers casino it never pays jackpots and I spend a lot on this app and casino and “Never won a hand pay!!! I will be deleting this app and never return to there Casino again. I’m not a sore loser but I have had better experiences from other apps and Casinos, my suggestion is you all do the same!!!
