Read before downloading app

Was an ok app at first. However, after using some of the sportsbook promos, support reached out and said I was using too many and restricted my account so I could only bet small amounts on promos. A few weeks later they said I was still using too many, and I would not be eligible for any sports promos going forward. Then I noticed they reduced the amount I could wager to only $25 or $30 per bet. I contacted support about this and they were very rude and said my account was restricted due to wagering patterns related to promos. No other sportsbook/casino in PA does this, so be warned, the odds boosts are a tease! Casino games are mediocre; the app doesn’t have any of the newer titles, just old slots. Worst app in the PA market.

Worst Betting Site Out There

Run, don’t walk, to literally any other casino. I have tried my fair share and this one is by far the worst. I signed up and figured I’d try it out, over the course of like two weeks I tried a couple promos they offered and got an email that I used too many promos and my account would be restricted from future promos. I emailed them asking for a clarification and how I only used like two or three and they never responded after multiple attempts to contact them. Worst app, worst customer service. And their promos aren’t even good.

The three best apps that I’ve used are DraftKings, FanDuel and FoxBet in that order. Go give those a try before wasting your time here.

Withdrawals take too long, promos are pathetic

Delaying withdrawals for “review” or “manual processing”, so players will cancel the withdrawal and lose all the money, is one of the sleaziest tricks these online casinos employ. BetParx takes 24 hours (up to 72 hours) to process a withdrawal. Imagine playing at a live casino and having to wait 1-3 days to cash out. BetParx also has no rewards program, and the promos they offer are insultingly terrible (e.g., 10 free 10¢ slot spins, with a 10x play-through requirement on winnings lol). DraftKings has instant withdrawals, more games, a less glitchy app, and great promos/rewards. Why would I keep playing at Parx when the competition is so much better?

Don’t win or you will lose over and over and over

Today is Monday, I won and cashed out on Saturday. Since then, all I do is lose. It’s to the point that almost every spin is a loss. I have NEVER dealt with this kind of loss. I bet on Hollywood, Borgata, betMGM and occasionally FanDuel. Even after I cash out, I can at least play. I’ve put hundreds on since the win. I can’t even have a good time and have an up and down kind of day. It’s just loss and loss and loss. No bonuses…nothing. If you decide to play this app…don’t cash out or you’ll get punished.

Do not play

Parx casino on this app tracks your money so that you lose and they always stay ahead. I have track these games for many months and it is clearly obvious they need to investigated I have lost hundreds of dollars on one game and on the last dollar it gives you a bonus for about 10% of what you put in. I have done that over at least 8 to 10 games and it’s all the same every time so I know they are tracking.

Cheaters

When you download it first time or play a game first time you can have bonuses and good payouts, but after that it all goes down the hole. Bonuses are hard to come by, payouts are awful, and its just washing your money down the drain. Thousands after thousands without enjoyment. The same is at brick and mortar casino. Ten years ago when they were newly open you could play long time for few hundred bucks, not anymore.

New accounts banned

Signed up under betparx and sent pictures of my id, me and my id, and all my information. My account was then banned before I even got to play and customer support said they can’t help. I’m a legal PA resident with all legit information as i have no issue on all other betting apps. I don’t understand why they don’t want people to sign up, but I had no issues with FanDuel and DraftKings and all the OTHER apps! :)

Poverty Book

What on Earth is this garbage? Someone uses one or two promos then you disable all of them, limit their betting amount for regular bets, and don't allow them to bet anything with long odds? You're basically not allowed to win. I have never seen this before, especially not long after signing up.

Scam SCAM SCAM

They refuse to pay winnings I won 350$ this was my 2nd time cashing out. They asked for my documents AGAIN when I sent they accused me of altering documents. Like really how can you alter a selfie holding id. SCAM SCAM THEY REFUSE TO PAY MY 350$ and then closed my account: I reported them and filed a complaint. We will see what happens next.

Almost none of the games work

99% of the games stopped playing months ago. It used to be great, now I can't get rid of $8 in my account for months since I get errors on all the games. No fix works.
