Almost nothing works
Please fix this app. It’s a great idea but is very poorly executed. Almost nothing about it works. I can’t see the statistics for each day. The calendar is wrong with the wrong dates for the month, with March having only 28 days. Can’t set the calendar nor the time. Time seems to be locked into ET time zone. The export feature is the only thing that seems to be working decently where I can actually see the nightly data. However, even that quit working which makes the device worthless.

Seems like it needs some updating
The idea of this app is great, but the overall ux is frustrating. The display settings are not customizable- it always shows day/month/year vs allowing a month/day/year option. Trying to pivot between day and week viewing to research one night’s data is difficult. The app seems to always start back when the device was first used and trying to use the arrows to move forward don’t seem to work. Day-to-day movement is impossible. The only way this sometimes works is if I swipe the actual data section, but even then it only works sometimes. These design elements should be tightened to make this app better.

Can’t modify settings bc app won’t sync w device
Please fix the issue with the app not connecting or staying connected long enough to the device in order for the end user to modify and save the device settings! The device is worthless without being able to modify the settings (which can only be done through the app) - so here am I another sleepless night bc my bf snores like an mo - and we can’t modify the settings on the device to his specific snoring level.

Fails to do basics, wipes historic data
This app is a good concept, and the settings function is ok, but the reporting - crucial - is not. Dates shift, time of day is scrambled (I wore it one night and got reports running to 1100 and again from 2 to 4 pm...), but most seriously, each synch seems to destroy all previous records, negating the ability to track progress. No real testing / QA function would ever have passed this, so how is it out there?

Worst app!
This is the worst app I have ever used. Seriously. I just cannot do the most basic things, such as seeing what happened last night. It is a shame a big company allows such a disastrous product be released. Zero quality. If the app is that bad, I start wondering if they developed the device with the same “care”.

Needs work
App has major flaws. Although there are arrows to move backwards and forwards from one day to the next, they only work in one direction regardless of which arrow is tapped. Also, the data from a given night is assigned to the wrong date.

Really bad app, the worst you don’t fix the problem, that has been there since the beginning of the app as I can see from the reviews. Can you do something about it? March 28 days really??

Tutorial doesn’t work, screens can’t expand and print is too small to read. Not very user friendly, in my opinion.

Does not work properly!
Can’t get it to sync with my iphone? Does not work with the app? I am so frustrated. This mask isn’t cheap and should work as stated. Not a happy customer.
