BEST. WORKOUT. APP. EVER.
Trust me I’ve tried almost every workout app out there. Paying monthly for an app I barely use because most of them are honestly super boring! I first got this app when I purchased the 4Weeks4Gains program and since then I’m hooked! I’m now starting the 6Weeks2Slay program! Between the two I am able to create any workout I want, from home or at the gym! Des has created such a universal app. At first I was super confused like any app you first buy but within 10-20 minutes of playing around on it and creating my own workouts it’s a piece of cake! The best part of it is that I do not have to pay a monthly subscription. Hear me out, yes you pay for the guides/challenges, but along with that you’re getting all the workouts available in the app which I think Des has said is over 700? Plus the amazing community of people with it! And when the challenges are over you are able to keep the guides and workouts and use them whenever you want! Lay it out however you please! Seriously, if you’re thinking about it, just DO IT!!

Great workout app for at home OR gym!
This app is absolutely worth it! You are able to create your own workouts at home or at gym. There are over 800 exercises to choose from also! You can favorite your best workouts that way you can do them whenever you please! The many alternatives to certain exercises makes the workouts doable pretty much anywhere with minimal equipment. The app has videos that show how to properly perform every exercise which is so important. My favorite part is probably the amount of exercises and the way they are organized by muscle group. Thus making your own workouts so easy depending on what muscle groups you’d like to target. The options are pretty much endless therefore your never to get bored with doing the same exercises! After a couple of days of messing around with the app it’s very user friendly! Just takes a bit of use to get comfortable with which isn’t unusual for a new app!

One & Only Fitness App
I was always someone who continuously wasted money on fitness apps. I always ended up deleting them because they just didn’t work for me. I could never find just one app that I loved & could keep on my phone & never delete. Until I found this app! This app was a GAME CHANGER. It is user friendly once you explore the app. If you are a beginner at fitness or an expert, you’ll love it! Des explains/shows how to do all the exercises which was why i fell in love with this app. I am an individual that needs to see some the exercise done rather than read how to perform the exercise to understand & that’s what this app includes. I love how you can create your own workouts, upload progress pics, and more. I have no other fitness app on my phone other than this one & it will never be removed!

Favorite/ best workout app
This app is seriously amazing. At first I was nervous and scared to purchase one of her programs but once I did and started the program I fell in love with it. It was the best decision I made for myself. The app is very organized and helpful. She puts videos of all the exercises so you know what you’re doing along with able to see how many calories you are burning among other things. Especially if you don’t know where to start or don’t know what to do for workouts, her timeless 2.0 is the program I started with and her workouts are amazing. They are hard and work many different muscle groups. You are also able to make your own workouts. If you are questioning or scared to purchase one of her programs I highly recommend that you go through with it. You will not regret it!

Amazing app/program!!
I am new to this workout program and app but I LOVE it so far! I’ve done other programs and fitness regiments but never had one like this! I absolutely love the workouts provided on this app. I am one who is new to a lot of movements and this app shows a video of how to do each one so I am performing it correctly and also I feel so much more confident doing it. Also, I love that each day of the challenge it tells you what to workout, which workouts to do, and sets+reps. This is so great so you do not have to plan it out or wonder if it’s a “good workout”. Lastly I love love desb’s support and personality! It makes me feel so great to be apart of a program that has someone so influential+positive+ actually cares about you! It is awesome and you would be silly not being apart of this program!

Workouts can be customized from over 700+ workouts tailored to your fitness goals, tracking nutrition made simple by syncing with myfitness pal, user friendly progress tracking that anyone can use. I’ve been apart of this community since December for #4Weeks4Gains & doing 1:1 coaching with Kelsey & it’s a been a game changer ✨ Don’t sweat if you can’t get into a gym.. all workouts come with modifications that can be done at home 🙌 But seriously, purchase a plan & get started on your journey, you won’t regret it!

LOVE THIS APP
I have tried numerous of apps, but this one by far is the best!!! I love the fact that there are modifications, so you can workout from home. I LOVE THAT PART! 😍 Also, I love how you can alter the workout to what you need. The community is a great way to keep you motivated as well. Nothing beats having a team of empowering women! Something I also love about the app is having access to pick from categories. For example, if you want to do a tricep workouts, there are several workouts that you can do to work on that. I was scared to join a community, but it’s definitely worth it! 🤩 I love seeing all the success stories. I started out with the short challenge of 4 weeks, but now I don’t think I can stop. I love this app, the community, and what Des stands for! 😊

So excited to start this program!
My twin sister put me on to this program and I’m so glad she did! I’ve seen her progress over the past months and it’s proven that these workouts work. I’m so excited to get started! At first glance, the app is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. The workouts are planned out for you which is so helpful for me, I’m sure I’m not the only one who goes into a workout and isn’t sure where to start! It’s also great that there are modifications provided for workouts at home, esp since Covid. I’ve done challenges before with other fitness apps, but I always felt like a number in a huge machine, not part of a real community. I love that this app and group of ladies really support each other in real time!

game changer!!
This app is amazing! It allows you to create your own workouts where you can set a rest timer, how many reps/sets you’ll complete, how much weight you’re lifting, it even lets you tag the gym you’re using and people you went with! at the end of your workout, you can see how much weight you lifted and even get a guesstimate of how many calories were burned! Best app!! I have always searched for an app like this! I highly suggest joining Des and Emily on their challenges/programs with this app so you can have it (and mainly to see the changes these amazing people can help you make with your health) It made things so much easier to understand and fun to use. (Also while you’re reading this, go buy Des nutritional guide! TOTALLY WORTH EVERY CENT.)

Best fitness app, hands down!
I’ve just recently started using the app for a fitness challenge and I’m so impressed with it already! You are able to customize your workouts along with rest time, the amount of weights and reps you perform for each set/superset/triset/circuit, and there’s even videos of the workouts if you’re unsure of how to do certain movements (along with written out instructions). Another awesome feature of this app is that it shows how many calories you burn from your overall workouts, the total weight you lift from the entire workout, etc. I could go on about more reasons why this would benefit anybody looking for organization and structure for their workouts, but I’ll let you decide (:
