Best Fitness App
I am one year into my clean nutrition and 10 months into the CCFIT app. A total of 70lbs lost and gained plenty of confidence! At 42 years old with 6 children “mommy to 8” a full time job and wife. In May of 2018 I had a cardiac arrest and suffered from the trauma of a broken sternum and most of my ribs. I saw Cristina Capron on IG and she inspired me to get moving and have been using her app as my go to everyday at the gym. The CCFIT app is the best I’ve found, the setup makes it so easy to follow and I love that there are so many programs to choose from and Cristina continues to build it. With my injuries I couldn’t lift any weight so I started with just the movements and now after 11 months I am finally strong enough to follow the app with recommended weights and more. For anyone that questions if her app can help you to reach the goals you have set for yourself, yes!! Make time, be consistent and trust in the process!! Nothing that makes you stronger mentally and physically comes fast or easy but but it’s so rewarding. Thank you, Cristina!!

Simply Impressed. Best one compared to others.
I’ve tried other popular fit apps and none of them compare to this one. I’m just so impressed by CCFIT. There’s a wide variety of workouts you can choose from: at-home workouts, gym workouts, abs only, combo workouts, even yoga! There’s a large free section too! The workouts flow into a perfect timeline. It includes a video of the workout and a verbal timer/countdown. At the end, you can log how you felt about the workout, post a selfie and leave additional notes. Like a workout diary! Also, I only have one pair of dumbbells and flute band during this quarantine and I can still do the at-home workouts. So easy to improvise. Thanks for putting so much time and effort, Cristina. I’m sticking to this app only! PS: I plan on purchasing her workout bands and gear to show support. You’re one in a million.

Great app
This workout app is awesome! I have been using it for two months and already see a difference. Sometimes it’s hard to believe that the workouts that are created for you are actually a routine that she does since she is in different outfits in every exercise; however I am getting results so who cares lol!

The only reason I’m doing 4 stars is because the app crashes frequently for me. I will be in the middle of one of the AWESOME workouts and then I realize it’s not telling me my time anymore. My app is closed out and I have to reopen it and find where my workout stopped and start again. It can be a hassle when in a crowded gym. The app will also crash when I am trying to log my work out, my specificity when I am trying to take a workout photo. The camera will freeze and I have to close out and go through it all again.
Another thing is a guess some of the older workouts are the ones without the recommended weight to use which is a little disappointing.

Great app but needs some work.
This app really is wonderful, I’ve been using it for a few years now and it really helps me stay on track at the gym and switch workouts up so it doesn’t get repetitive. The only thing I wish they could change about the app is when you’re in the middle of a workout and you accidentally exit out of the workout screen with the timers it continues to keep going and counting down and there’s no way to pull it back up to continue seeing the workout so I need to exit out of the whole app and start all over to where I was because if you go to start where you left off, you have two different countdowns and I can’t get to the original one. It happens quite often and I wish there was a way to shrink the workout screen without it disappearing completely and having to restart the app so the original stops talking.

I absolutely love this app. I’ve never been one to go to the gym and lift weights. With this app it gives me the confidence and knowledge by watching Cristina do the lift in a video on her app then have be copy the exact form. I’ve been doing this app for two months now and a feel better already. A couple things I do not like- pandora and Cristina app does not sync together. My music always shut off when I open this app . Last thing, I wish it kept track where you left off in the program you’re working on. I have to scroll all through the programs each time and then once in the program I have to scroll all the way down to the day I left off on.

Great app!
I have had this app for a few months and have just recently started using it consistently. After only a few weeks I’m already noticing a difference in my back and stomach area! I’m really excited to keep going and see what my results are after a few more weeks!
There is still a glitch when playing music while doing the workouts which is super frustrating. The developer says the app has been updated and the music problem has been resolved but I’m still having trouble. I’ve updated the app on my phone and click on the music icon before I begin a workout but still have my music stop halfway through.
Other then that it has been a great experience and having the app has helped me become more comfortable at the gym. Cristina is adorable and you can tell she puts a lot of time and thought into her workout plans.

Absolutely OBSESSED with this app!!
Seriously, this app is EVERYTHING! I’ve been using it since September of 2018, and since then, I’ve lost 35 pounds and completely transformed my body. There are several workout guides to choose from and I love that Cristina gives you step by step instructions as well as video demos to show you exactly how to do it. I seriously will never follow another workout guide! She has fitness challenges + a Facebook group too filled with other amazing people also using her app. I 100% cannot recommend Cristina’s workouts enough! Even though fitness has always been a part of my life, her workouts are challenging for all levels.

Literally GET THIS APP
I recommend this app to everyone! It’s perfect for beginners that don’t know their way around a workout, a gym, or even exercises. Cristina has laid it all out so nicely and easy to follow.. and SO much is free! Can you really beat free content? In addition to her Instagram free content she has free workouts for like weeks on here in addition to the small monthly fee you can pay for more! It’s a no brained honestly, there aren’t many out there like this and if you need a fitness app and haven’t committed to paying for anything yet, GET THIS! I promise her content will help you so much, and even likely persuade you to pay for more to keep going!!

Three months ago I joined the journey of the CCFIT team and never thought this day would come. I have been a 4-5 days a week gym goer for years. Today was the first day I’ve felt comfortable in my own skin. My first program I completed was Burn Fat Get Fit and it absolutely changed my life. I lost 6 pounds (gained a lot of muscle). This program challenged me tremendously. I recommend this program to all of my friends! I am excited to continue this journey onward and see what the future holds! I have experienced some problems with the app glitching but it is still an up and coming app so I expected there to be quirks that need to be worked out!

Great, but would like enhancements
Love the different programs! I wish when you’re working a programs, you could pin it to the top, or a “where you left off”. Besides scheduling my workouts in the calendar and then clicking the link to take me to the workout, it can be a hassle to scroll through the programs and find the day you left off. Also, I wish there was more of an accountability to require you to do weekly or biweekly progress check ins (submit photos and weigh ins) only viewable by you. I feel like I’m using too many apps for one fitness goal. I know you can add a photo to your workout, but I don’t feel like the functionality is the same
