With this applications you can calculate your body mass index, body fat percent and caloric intake per day according to your goals, besides you can save all your measurements to keep track of your progress.

Concepts:
- Body Mass Index: It offers an indicator for the relationship between weight and height but without taking into account individual factors such as muscle.
- Percentage of body fat: Calculated with the so-called "circumference method" that uses the height and circumference of the waist, neck and hips.
- Caloric Consumption: It is the sum of the internal heat produced (Basal Metabolism Index) and the external work (Physical Activity Level). The application shows the different caloric quantities that are required according to the goal: maintain weight, lose weight or gain weight.
