Positive attendee experience
Very easy to view the agenda and see where I am supposed to go next at an event, especially with a large footprint. I also like being able to save sessions to my own “agenda” vs. having to scroll through the whole agenda every time. Overall just a simple, straight forward event app.

Upgraded our conference by a million!
Everyone was super satisfied with the app on-site for our flagship event. We got the highest app adoption we’ve seen in years and no one was confused on where to go.
We loved how easy it was to set up compared to past experiences with other apps. Everything connected seamlessly and all I did was click enable. No duplicative efforts at all. Any updates we had to make were instant and the push notifications definitely came in handy.
Attendees really loved the 1:1 messaging and being able to connect to those virtually and in-person. Will never go back!

Agenda Issues
This app has so many technical issues. I cannot see the agenda after getting a new ticket and after hours of refreshing it still does not work. I’m in another country that I don’t know and this app and it’s agenda is the only sure way I know what is happening in my program. Now, I’m scared that I have to figure things out on my own and will get confused or lost in a place I’m not familiar with. This website and app also does not have a contact number to call, only an email. Overall, this app has only given me anxiety and stress, and I don’t know what else to do. If you have the opportunity, please do not use this app. Opt for something better

A drive towards community and connection
I like the direction the app is going in, especially relating to connecting with others. The ability to see the profiles of other participants allows me to be more intentional about those I seek out to connect with. The added ability to connect privately with those I’ve met with in app messaging is a nice feature to solidify the memory of a prior introduction.

Best app I’ve seen in a while
As an event manager I’ve been organizing and attending events for 15 years. I recently attended an event in NYC and their app was beautiful and allowed me to customize my experience and make meaningful connections via their networking features. I saw it was Bizzabo’s app and I have reached out to them to partner on my company’s events moving forward. They have a complete and holistic platform in addition to this app!! Wow. Bizzabo where have you been in my life??!

Terrible
The registration process requires you to click a link in a verification email. The email doesn't come, so you click on the "didn't get the email" link. A window opens saying that you need to click the link in the SAME EMAIL THAT YOU JUST SAID YOU DIDN'T GET. You click the "still having problems" link. It opens an email message. You type a description of your problem, click send, and receive notification that the server rejected the email.

Big improvements!
We have started running in person events this year after the pandemic and it's great to see the Bizzabo app improve so much. The improved Community and QA for mobile attendees for our big user conference recently helped event engagement and I look forward to seeing what else Bizzabo has in store.

Super easy to use!
Super easy to access the content and see last minute updates. Love the ability to message other attendees and the integration with LinkedIn to be able to connect after the event. Creates a really interactive experience.

Horrible, frustrating loop. Never got on the app!
Like another reviewer said, I entered my email and then was sent an email to verify my identity. Every time I hit the “confirm email” button it took me back to the same spot in the app to verify my email. No access, just a series of emails that never worked. Groundhog Day.
Even the tech support feature didn’t work. I tried to submit my problem but it wouldn’t take my email to receive a reply.
That many bugs means I will never use this app again!

Very useful app for event management
I recently used the Bizzabo app in an event and found it extremely useful. The navigation is intuitive and clear, and I had all the information I needed - the agenda, speakers all within the app.
