Bluebird of Happiness Hack 1.7.1 + Redeem Codes

I got this game as think it was just a stereotypical escape game, but was shocked by the story. (Spoilers ahead!) I was shocked that the world was red and the Bluebird was my brother. I thought I would go to the lake, find him, and leave. I thought the game was over when it was the opposite. Lucky I talked to the cat. The ending was mysterious and left room for you wonder. I am curious about if the witch was on your side or against you, if the girl was close to you and she was killed in punishment, and who was controlling the phone. The phone was the best part of the game. I thought it was just a hint giver. It betraying you was so unexpected. It add another layer to the story too. The phone made you kill your brother, but your brother gave it to you. Did the witch leave it for your brother to pick up, or did someone else go into the dreamworld and mess it up? Maybe the actual bird did it? Maybe the witch meant it to be a little lesson to you to scare you into giving it back, but the phone messed with it. I love these kinds of endings because they let you think about the game more than usual. In short, this is a great game and would recommend.

I feel like this game should be more than “12+”... although i suppose things that disturb me now as an adult didn’t bother me much as a kid. i just feel like there should have been a little more detail to explain what was going on and why, otherwise you could easily mistake the plot for just being disturbing for no reason. i could easily ask why on earth someone would produce a game so morbid without any very solid answers or conclusions.... although i think i do understand what it’s meant to be. still creepy though. *spoilers*

the way you mutilate the poor bird... after he’s done nothing but be kind to you. i’m glad i went back to finish the second ending, although i’m at a bit of a loss as to why the phone wanted you to kill him to begin with. was really toy just cursed or something? did someone else experience the same dream and kill the girl at the end? why would the witch have the thing on display for everyone to be tempted by it?? i suppose those are just answers that are supposed to be left open ended.

overall it certainly kept my attention and it was thought provoking. but disturbing nonetheless.

You can tell that I definitely did not expect that (first) ending. The plot was AMAZING, I loved it. When I started getting closer to the end I thought the hints made it too easy, but then, well... it showed me why.

I did have a little trouble with putting down the stool. I eventually learned that you should click the object you’re putting it next to, but before that I was just randomly and repeatedly clicking. And I think there was a small bug with the items? I don’t remember when it happened, but all of my items disappeared from the chart at the bottom. I refreshed the app and they all popped back up though.

Also, those last words are pretty ominous... Can we save this person from having to go through that? Or does it just mean it’s someone else’s turn to play this game? I don’t know whether the witch / wizard / warlock looking person is actually good or bad then. Or maybe they’re trying to teach people a lesson? (I love the cat though.)

Apps can make you cry, or in particular- this app. I am a silver sponsor because this game made me cry. I love stories about brothers because as an only child/latchkey kid I am very lonely. I did not expect that ending, it was enough to make me go back and wrack my brain thinking of how to get the other ending. Which I did get. I love the story, I love the graphics, I love the hint system, I love the (spoiler) and I just love this app and game dev. This app was a great way to start 2019 and is probably my favorite app of all time now only rivaled by a rhythm game which I lost my account to. Please please please get this and play it, it doesn’t take long to play but the experience will last, trust me.
To the people saying it’s similar to undertale, yes that is one of the dev’s favorite games and yes the dev has experience in rpg maker and yes there are silent MCs but these are two very different games. I would recommend this to undertale-lovers though.

I enjoyed this! Nice little short point-and-click game. The pixel art and music was lovely, and the ads were mostly unintrusive (other than when I went into the house, I got an as that started with a door being knocked on, so that threw me off). The controls with the stool were a little confusing but I figured it out. Twist at the end was interesting, and I’m glad it didn’t make me replay the entire game to get a different ending.

My main criticism is that some of the details were a little TOO vague? Like, what was the deal with the girl? Why did the witch have the doll sitting out? Is there a third ending I’m missing…?

Either way, I enjoyed it so even though I already finished it, I’ll toss the dev some money. Nice work!

If you do not mind these types of shocking endings, that is fine. But to let you know, two four days ago I played it. Last night I thought the words, “I want that bird” and right after, the creepy face of the bird flashed into my mind like it had leaped on me. I was shocked, and I do not like that type of scares. I do a little, it is just really cringing when you think hard enough of it. I do recommend, for those who haven’t played it, the bear’s one, because it has no scares of this type, if you do not like getting shocked like this.
Developers— Please make another game that has less of a shock. The shocking endings scare me at night sometimes when the game won’t leave my daydreaming mind. Thank you for reading, I hope this helped some of you.

Surprisingly I enjoyed this very short-lived mystery puzzle story about the two brothers and our trust issues as a society. The puzzle was thoroughly and enjoyably challenging, probably didn’t take me more than an hour. I will definitely be checking out their other stuff!

Just a few things to look out for:
1. Turn on Airplane Mode so you don’t get random ads popping up (I turned it on right away and played without stopping), 2. The only ad that plays even on Airplane mode is the ad you choose to watch for a hint; it should still play but all other pop ups are disabled, 3. THERE ARE MORE THAN ONE ENDING!! Surprise! I’m pretty sure there’s more after the part where you chop of the birds head. And then check the pond, at which point I stopped to write this review. I liked it until that part. I didn’t sign up for a horror game! I simply wanted a fun puzzle game. If there was a gun in the safe it would have made the fact that you needed to kill the bird more obvious, but with the axe, I thought I had to chop down a tree. Anyways, I’m going to continue playing the game, and when I get scared for life, I will come back here. Also just a side note, I want a game like this that’s not a horror game. I’ve played undertale, I have not played earthbound, but I like the style of this game, just not the part where you jump away from a jump scare, and then DIE. Ok I’m back. I destroyed the phone and I won the game. I think it was a very cool game. I think it was amazing. Before, I thought it was a scary game.

I downloaded this game due to just getting a new phone and looking for fun games to try out. The games in on caught my eye, ive always loved pixel art games. What really sold me was the art style. It gives off old pokèmon vibes. Playing the game I was shook with how much i enjoyed it, all while not even being bothered by the ads cause I thought the game deserves any form of gain for such a small but great gain. Loved the gameplay too, it’s simple but still enjoyable, i didn’t find myself stuff on more then one puzzle but the hint system saved me there. Overall one of my favorite small free games! 5/5

I really enjoyed the game. It only took about 45 minutes or so, but the story was really great. I went into it assuming it was your basic escape game, but the story added a lot to the experience. There wasn’t a single thing that wasn’t important, and it all tied together very nicely. I also enjoyed how the game kind of taught you how to play without giving you a drawn out and boring tutorial. It kind of showed you through gameplay that felt natural and flowed with everything. I’m considering donating, and will definitely check out other games by the developers!
