This is proably one of the best games I’ve ever played (from the App Store) if you like games like the worms battle series you’ll like this game. Now there’s just one problem there’s a big cap on progression because you get a box everyday that has 2 cards in it and some money just think of the cards like Clash Royale then there’s the battle pass but you can’t progress through it freely each time you complete a tier you have to wait 3 hours before you can complete another one without buying the battle pass and those are your only way of getting money and cards besides the store but that’s daily too so basically if you play for like a hour or 2 you will have done all the things you can do to progress do a battle pass tier, claim your box, and buy everything in the shop so you’ll be basically playing match’s for only trophys because the other thing you earn from completing a match is skulls from kills that contribute to the battle pass but it will still become worthless when you have a time cap on your battle pass but the trophys are pointless too because there’s no reward for gaining trophys it just puts you at a higher rank witch gives no reward or anything. It’s a fun game but please give us more ways to progress

I love this game, but however the arena system is kinda unfair. Let’s say you are above and your opponent is below you. This gives the opponent an unfair advantage, causing the opponent to eventually yeet your character unexpectedly. I also was working for my gems just to get a character capsule. When I got a character capsule, I opened it and there was no character at all! I became extremely outraged by the fact that I was scammed out of my gems and I ended up with no character. Please give me my missing character if you see this. And also, you should make the space equal because sometimes, your opponent just yeets your character out of nowhere before you have any chances to attack. Sometimes, your opponent uses a powerful move out of nowhere and causes you to lose. Ok.. now for the pros. I love that you can customize your characters! You can give em hats, accessories, names, voices, etc. The art style is cool and the game feels done on time. And I like the fact that we can earn secrets from doing battles and do quests to earn gems and coins. Overall, the game is great, but it still has a bunch of problems riddled in the game. If you are reading this, please give me my missing character since I worked for my gems with time and patience. I hope this helps!

Boom Slingers dev team: I can deal with little annoying bugs… which I’m sure you all are well aware of so I’m not gonna waste time listing them here… if u really don’t know then shame on your QA team (and that would explain a lot), but so many drops / disconnects… that is shameful for a competitive game with in app purchases. If someone pays money to beef themselves up or to customize their characters, or even if it is just that they are dedicating their time to your product, they shouldn’t loose matches for things they have no control over. You so have the makings of a great little game here, I will give you that… and you continually try to improve the game (be it by nerfing things that should be nerfed to adjusting mana needed to use different attacks) which does make it more competitive and fun. You do seem to care because you are constantly adding new content and tweaking old stuff to keep it fresh, and it is deceptively strategic… Really, all in all it can be one of the funnest games I play anywhere when the issues don’t get in the way, but I am finding that as time goes on the bugs and the disconnects keep getting worse & worse. I really want to love this game, and continue supporting it, but I’m afraid if you don’t get this stuff figured out and cleaned up, you might be loosing at least one customer… & I suspect others might feel the same way.

Great game, great cards/abilities, characters, voices, chat, emotes, etc etc. However, matchmaking is really quite unfair at times, and progression is unbelievably slow, not to mention with how slow it is, the free packs you can get from watching ads or collecting them after the insane amount of wait time, it often doesn't register and you dont get the items, but if you tried tapping on it and reloading the game it no longer has the ad anymore and resets the timer which is stupid, I feel like Im at a huge halt because the only people I come across have 40+ health for each character on me while Im still at the base 100, and they all have a bunch of leveled up cards and a bunch of cards I dont have, its either pay-to-win at that point or grind till you lose interest in the game.

If any or even all of this can be fixed/changed that would be amazing and honestly in my opinion make this game the like "spiritual successor" to every game like it that came before, this game still has a lot that other games like it do not have, and its very unique.

This is the best game I’ve played after 4 years, it’s packed with so many fun things and it’s so addicting. If you ever wanted to find a game to play, this is one of those games you should download. So many Slingers to collect, such creative attacks, it’s a clear 10/10 for me. Please download this game, it’s so underrated. It’s not even pay to win either way. It’s perfect for players who like battles. Once again, please download this game, it’s way too underrated. Edit: Still a great game, please download. But the RNG in this game is pretty bad. If you’re gonna rage over bad RNG, this game isn’t the game for you. At the start of a round, I also lose connection within a millisecond. I find it annoying, so the opponent gets a free win. The game also is slightly pay to win, so please, if you don’t want to spend cash, this isn’t for you. Great game all in all. Please fix these bugs.

This game combines things I like, special abilities that have costs to them and games with competitive, and destructible environments. And I really wish I could leave a 5 star review, but this game is extremely pay to win. Having chests that give you items from the arenas you are in or have unlocked/ beaten is fine, but having chests where you can get ANY card from ANY arena is extremely unfair for people who do not wish to spend money. This is even more unfair when the cards people play and are extremely good seem to be at a very low cost. If people are playing their best cards from higher arenas on their 1st-3rd turn, there is no chance for me to win. The only times I do win is when I either get a better spawn or they accidentally kill themselves with their op cards. This game looks fun and seems like it has a lot of love and passion put into it, but its ruined by the fact that the main way to win is paying and its very hard to progress or get chests without paying.

This game is actually very fun, but it terms of balance, there simply is none. First of all, you level up and gain a direct advantage over other plays by leveling up cards with gold. How might you get cards and gold? You can either wait days for recurring gifts or spend money and immediately start winning more. Certain cards are blatantly overpowered, while some are desperately in need of buffs or to be redone completely. Maps are also quite bad. They are often very one sided, with very far games actually being drawn out. I am writing this review because I just lose three matches in a row at 11/12 wins in the tournament purely because my spawns were so unfortunate and garbage. The game feels very polished, and the music is good but THIS GAME DOES NOT REWARD LOGIC AND SKILL.

I have been playing the game for some time now, and always thought it was fun. Sure it had its issues; a few bugs, some balance issues, and a surprising number of toxic players, but it was still fun. But recently the game has gone a step too far in their pursuit of an extra dollar; they force players to watch an ad simply to play another match.

Before you could play the game forever without watching a single ad. There were ads you could watch to get extra cards and currencies, but you didn’t need to use those to play the game. But in the newest update they force players to watch an ad for every 3 matches you play, and it sets a dangerous trend. This is the only game in existence that requires you watch an advertisement simply to play the game, and I refuse to let that horrible idea get any bigger.

Unfortunate for a fun game to be tossed out like this, but unless change is made I can’t recommend this game to anyone in good conscience

The concept of the game, the art, and most of the mechanics feel great. But there are a couple glaring mechanical issues that hold this back from being a really good game in the future. Maps are too simple and give an insane turn advantage. Most times there is an easy one shot that knocks the opponent of the ledge. There are two possible fixes to this, in addition to fixing spawns, which are horrible and unfair: Increase map complexity and make them symmetrical! Think about making turns simultaneous! If one or both of those were implemented this game would be a ton of fun if they continued to add content and a clan feature (play with teammates)and different modes.

The game is a lot of fun for a few days, until you start noticing the flaws. Each month, your rank restarts which is frustrating. It feels like you’ve lost your hard work and progress. Furthermore, the stages have progressively gotten worse over time. Some rounds literally end in one turn because of the horrible stages and the horrible train and cow attacks. Get rid of the train and cow and make the stages bigger and more complex so there is actual strategy, rather than one attack that literally destroys nearly every block either horizontally or vertically and ends the game in one-three turns. Again, get rid of the terrible cow and train attacks. I would easily rate this at 4-5 stars if I could actually have some decent matches that lasted more than 10 seconds.
