•When using Open Next Unread Comic, prioritize in-progress comics ahead of unread comics.
•Fixed issue that looked like the app was hung on launch while restoring the comic the user was reading. It was really just taking a long time for that comic to be prepared because lots of others were ahead of it in the queue. Gave the restore comic priority by forcing it to be done first.
