You can make records of blood pressure measurements and see the history in different forms: blood pressure log, chart or report. Also, you can send a report via email or save it as a PDF-file.

Just Josn,
Love this app
Would like to see it updated to extend more than 30 days to print a report. Your dr ask you to take BP everyday which it does beautifully but then it’s not printable more than 30 days. Would like to see maybe a drop down choice on 1 mo, 2 mos, 3 mos etc

Would also like to know how to delete data and start over.

It does a beautiful job with the chart and reports otherwise.
OZisKTB,
Good for only a month, no privacy
Like many I like the interface of this app, it’s the easiest to record my BP. After recording BP for 2 months, I tried to pull the data. You can’t, it will only share the last 30-days. So everything older than a month is locked in the App. Since it does not connect to the Health App, I can’t get the data that way either. Worse for me, since the app was easy, I used it as a log for my symptoms and other health data.

No updates for over a year, no privacy disclosure in the App Store. Besides name and BP, the app collects this Usage Data:

When you access the Application by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data ("Usage Data").
LauraRoze,
Would be perfect with full year chart
I love the diary aspect of this app and that you can see the comments with your report. I love that it has a pulse input as well. It would be easy 5 stars if you could 1) see our place on the chart by just the report and 2) more importantly see a full year of data on the chart and report.

Overall well made, intuitive and stable. Just not anywhere near as useful as it could easily be. I would happily pay a buck or two for an advanced version that did a little bit more.
nadinakz,
The best BP tracker!
This is the best BP tracker! Intuitive and easy to use, visual, clear and not crowded by excessive data or design. Perfectly done, thank you developers! It would be great to have an option to see and share full year data or even entire data in the app, I don't believe this option is available now.
StaceyLG,
Fine for the first few days
This app was fine at first-simple and straightforward, just what I needed. But then yesterday it froze up. On my homepage it is blackened out an says waiting, as if it’s being updated, but when I go to the App Store, there’s no indication of an update and when I click on open nothing happens. It’s been like this since yesterday. In addition, when I click on app support, it takes me to a website for the developer and tell all about the app, but there’s no actual support.
So now I’m looking for a new blood pressure journal and I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to see the data I recorder so far.
Notmuchdata,
Summarizes in a report!
This is so easy to use, and it summarizes your blood pressure readings in a graph and also a report that you can export and print or email to your provider. You enter your blood pressure and pulse on the date and time you took it. You can even back date a reading if you forgot to enter it.
PDXMS,
A Simple Tool for Recording BP and P
Thanks for a great app! The comment section is helpful for adding pulse pressure and important symptoms. (Pulse pressure is more helpful for me than MAP).
I strongly agree with others who ask for a report option longer than 30 days. Please consider. Again, thank you.
clhnp,
BP Log
Great for having a chronically logged reading of my blood pressures. Also allows writing notes with those readings. However, only allows you to see the notes if you tap on that reading.

As a NP, when I have patients who come in with their log in their phones, I want to be able to see what notes they have written. I.e. increased Benicar, took HCTZ, after working out in the yard, poor sleep, etc. I do not have time to touch each BP reading to see these notes. I would be helpful to have the notes follow their reading.

Sincerely,
Cheryl Hobbs, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Sam Y C,
Want to access prior months
Everything fantastic. Easy to use. Great charts. I would like a dotted line between 120 and 140. And 60 and 70 but easily handled after I printed chart. Only complaint is I can’t access data more than 30 days back. Is that something you are considering adding, even at a charge? Best app I’ve found.
mimi 2417,
Great app
I think this is a great app. Very easy to use. I am giving it 5stars because I can’t give 4.8. This app would be a perfect 5 if I were able to edit notes after I push the add button. Please fix so I can update
