Snow_Angel_,
Ouchie
First off, I have tried many apps like this one. And I love this one in comparison. However, it keeps crashing lately. Also, just a suggestion.. I have multiple health issues. And with each one is multiple symptoms. I might have symptoms with my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome one day and the next it’s a different array of symptoms. I also have Fibromyalgia and Scoliosis. Once you create a journey, it seems you cannot go back and add more pain symptoms of any kind. You just update them? So that would mean creating many journeys titled CFS for me haha. Also, I created another journey while trying to figure out what to do, and I cannot delete it.
These are merely suggestions. I love your app so far. Thank you!
quinniemurph,
Fantastic!
Ouchie is the only chronic pain tracker I’ve found that has an amazing community, as well as such an easy to follow update system and great brief articles. They do have some bugs and changes coming to the app but they are so responsive to email! It took them less than a day to get back to an issue I was having, and they worked to get it fixed right away. I know they listen to feedback from the community, which means they make changes based on our needs. Absolutely amazing app!
A Classic 'Record',
Needs Massive Improvements!!
This app is an excellent concept. But it needs a massive overhaul and tons of improvements for it to be truly helpful and worth using. My pain is not simply pain from a temporary injury. And I think that most people who would gravitate to using an app like this would be in a similar situation as myself. It’s part of my life as a result of lots of illnesses. But your app doesn’t have the features to support this. Nor does it have the capabilities to really be a supportive community. Which is a shame.
Plus it’s constantly crashing and as much as I want to use this app; it’s becoming more and more frustrating to use. (And I’ve got enough frustration with everything else I deal with. ) So I’m deleting and not reinstalling this app until there are major improvements.
curiousFounder,
Ouchie is a must for anyone in pain
I broke my ankle - this was the first broken bone I've ever experienced - and was told I would NOT be able to walk for THREE months. I sat on the couch falling into depression. My husband googled around for help and thankfully found Ouchie. The community - others patients and doctors - was there for me during this insane time and I got the answers and support I needed to know that I would get through this. Insanely grateful. This app is a must for anyone with injury and in pain.
sanjana!,
Highly Recommend
I tried a bunch of apps before this but Ouchie is by far the best. I felt like I was alone in my battle but now I'm connected to so many people going through the same thing. I truly don't feel alone anymore. I can also track myself now. I highly recommend this for anyone with any type of chronic pain.
sMA9898,
A game changer in pain management!!
I've been using Ouchie to help with my terrible back pain and it's been such a great resource. I can finally easily record my pain levels and talk to people who understand and have experience the same pain. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for an effective way to help cope with their pain!
Tinylilyrose,
Great So Far!
I had some difficulty on my end with uploading my information and navigating through the app. I received instant help from Rachel, she walked me through each step to troubleshoot, and my issues were solved. I’m enjoying the app so far, and the customer service is definitely outstanding!
Wooman93,
Can’t live without it!
Ouchie is one of the first apps I go on in the morning. And periodically throughout the day. The sense of community they’ve created is fantastic! I also really love their well curated content. It’s always just what I need to feel better! This is a must download for anyone with any sort of chronic pain.
srothchild,
Huge help
Getting support and advice from others has been valuable in my treatment for migraines. Highly recommend it for others who are suffering. Plus, you can find real experts on there so you're not going to a million places for answers.
Troblight,
Really Helpful
My doctor had me join this program and I’ve found it really helpful. I also really like the Branch Out sessions with the pain psychologists and physical therapists who are kind and informative.
