As expected… even worse after developer response
Follow up to original review.. they tell you to go to a worthless support page with crappy unhelpful canned out of date FAQ’s or use online CHAT… possibly this is the worst company ever! I’ve tried chat 3x during business hours and not a single person from Breezeline was avail to start the chat … over an hour in 3 attempts… BREEZELINE PLEASE GO OUT OF BUSINESS
Just as expected! Anything associated with this unreliable garbage provider won’t work and is full of errors. Please sell your company to another provider who can provide better service. Once again don’t waste your time. So disappointed old provider sold to this 3rd rate provider

Liars! If in Ohio, you CAN’T use this!
Call Breezeline. Ask about users in Ohio (considered as formerly Atlantic Broadband, but that’s another lie for another time). Their marketing includes the lie that you can stream all that you subscribe to on your phone or iPad. But, in fact, and they will admit, you can’t. Yet they continue to market their service here with that blatant lie.
Since first posting this, the Breezeline Bot have answered me the way they answer everyone: try self-help.
I think the “help” should be a lawsuit charging this crooked company with fraud.

Should be 0 stars-can’t even log in
Can’t even log into app. Tried contacting support all they tell you is you need to download the network app I want to stream. Then what’s the point of this app!?! No problem with last cable company’s streaming app. Time to change companies! Bad support and apps. ***10/23 update. Don’t tell me to try the chat because you guys can give me an answer why it doesn’t work!

Absolute trash
Atlantic Broadband was bad, Breezeline made bad worse. Unusable service provider with poor technology and even worse service. The app, TV service, website, customer service, all a complete dumpster fire. I’m forced to have a breezeline email address somehow? Not sure how they got the monopoly on Miami Beach.

Terrible App
Downloaded the app to use and low and behold, it’s totally worthless. It won’t even let you log on. It’s terrible and shouldn’t be offered to the public. How is this application even available when it doesn’t work?

Worst app ever!! Does nothing!! Worst customer support I’ve ever encountered and you never speak with an American citizen!!! Or someone that uses the English language as their first language!!! Awful just god awful! Please sell and let someone else try and get this right.

Nothing works
Horrible awful. Nothing works after logging in. No helpful (or any) error messages. Already followed the steps in the canned responses to other reviews to no avail.
