Lost Pr0phet,
Terrible App support
By far the worst console converter on the market. The app doesn’t function properly. The support team has yet to get back to me regarding the issue. There are NO cloud services that can be accessed through the App, there is no was to access “elite” configurations for your games, additionally you can’t access the “preset configurations” either. Every time I sign into the app, I’m told I need to update. The app for the BrookSniper is absolutely terrible. I will be returning my unit.

Terrible App
Half of it is in Chinese and there is no obvious way to link hot keys.
