Unable to connect, but great overall.
The xim apex has been a lot of fun for the past year. I’d give it five starts if it weren’t for the current problem where it doesn’t connect to my new phone. I changed phones a while back and downloaded this app to just have it but the xim apex doesnt connect to it. Thankfully I had logged into it on my old iPad so I can work with it through there, but I’m pretty dissapointed that it doesn’t work on my new phone. I’ve googled some things to see if theres a way to fix it but nothing has shown up. Other than that, it’s great and I’m super happy with it!

There are still many problems while playing Rainbow Six Siege.
There is a big problem using the xim apex while playing rainbow six siege. While standing still your character moves slightly to the left in most cases I believe this is not due to the controllers sticks or user error but due to the xim apex, please fix.
Also there is a minor problem or annoyance where while playing rainbow six siege, while sprinting and holding W to go forward you cannot press either A or D or it will cancel the sprint and make you walk instead. On PC you are allowed to do this and you will still sprint but for console you cannot. And when you are using a controller you can. So maybe to fix this issue recalibrate the way the left sticks moves while pressing W and A and D.

Great But Buggy Af
The Adaptor is pretty great and all, but i have been experiencing the Xim Apex would stop responding after like 20min after turning on, by this i mean i press buttons on my keyboard and mouse but the game wont respond even though my Xim Apex Manager is reading what i am pressing, which is annoying mid game, and really defeats the purpose of the device, I would like this addressed ASAP!, I also recommend having assign multiple keys to a button, and like double tap inputs such as for sprinting (L3= Key W(2x Tapped)). Overall without the problems it does perform well. Also while pointless as i can just change the key assignment on loaded configs it would be more convenient if you can create your own configs.

iOS 12
Can you please push out an update for users with iOS 12. The Xim apex manager app crashes every time I open it now on iOS 12. I’ve heard of others having the same issue. Only way it works is if they delete the app and reconnect it with Bluetooth, but once you close the app it crashes every time you try to open it. Very frustrating. Can you please update the app so that it runs smooth on iOS 12 please.

Works perfectly other from some problems
I bought my xim apex new of the xim site it came in and I really liked it and the xim manager is great as well but it sometimes didn’t want to connect but that was fixed by updating my xim apex software but I had to connect it to a pc but after that every thing works smother than ever I recommend this device 100% to any one struggling to use a controller or just want to be better than most people which I understand so far I love this thing.

Rainbow 6 problems
After using the xim for a year or so I bought the PC and played r6 for the first few times only to realize how bad the xim apex actually works. I thought it worked well until I played PC and found quite a few problems, most due to the low specs of the PlayStation (no problem we all new this). MY PROBLEM WITH THE XIM IS THAT YOU CAN NOT TOUCH A or D KEYS WHILE SPRINTING OR IT CUTS TO WALKING SPEED. I didn’t realize this at first because I had not played proper mouse and keyboard games on pc or even other games on xim for that matter. After realizing this, and altering my ply style to play PC and other games on xim now. Rainbow 6 siege is almost unplayable one the xim. And knowing that is a huge market for the xim company they should fix that

CONNECTION ISSUES/ FIX IT
I have had this thing for almost a year now and every time I try to connect it, it doesn’t work, my brother and a few friends who also have one and they have helped me set it up multiple times. Note I have tried to connect it on many occasions and it is yet to work; the closest I’ve gotten is it loads and reads out the keys I’m pressing and then it says read failure. It pops up saying “read failure” every time I try to connect it and I have tried and purchased several controllers, I’m worried this has come out to be a huge waste of money and isn’t going to ever work.

Works great, but I have a request
What I would love is the option to turn off the thing I hate the most in all games. That thing is; aim assist.
I have a great aim without aim assist and I know that because I’ve played games that don’t have it on or give an option to disable it.
But in some games (like Destiny 2), there exists an aim assist that is more detrimental to your aim than it is useful because it shoves your crosshairs really far when something/someone else walk/jumps/runs directly in front of you.
That often can lead your your death (and the urge to throw your controller into a wall).
If you’d be able to find a way to safely disable aim assist (that won’t get us banned), I would be extremely grateful.

I need help
I went on vacation and just came back and my xim is bugging out. I was trying to connect to rainbow six siege and it said that the configuration needs a update so I pressed update then the app crashed, and now every time I try to open the app it just crashes every time I’ve tried deleting it, resetting my phone, I tried it on another phone and it still crashed, but when I don’t have my Bluetooth turned on it doesn’t crash but soon as it connects its crashes please help.

Good but finicky
The app is working well but it seems I’m missing part of the configuration layout that others have. I’m unable to change hertz, missing the boost and steady aim option, among other small things I’m missing. The app is fully up to date but other I’ve tried to share or get settings from tell me mine is completely different from theirs. :/
