Amazing app with constant updates to make it even better.
Interface is great, easy to maneuver around it, easy to take the action you want to and it has everything you need from claims to personal info to the annual plan info to multiple sub accounts access (family).

Good App but some glitches
Everything works fairly well. A couple of problems and suggestions. 1. When inputting the amount claimed, the app does not accept anything to the right of the decimal point (i.e. cents). The app’s number generator uses a comma , and not a decimal point . This needs to be rectified. 2. The ipad version should be opened in plan view and not only in vertical view.

Very helpful app. Can get to all the required information quickly.
Some problems I picked up: you have to sign in to the app every time you open it; the auto filling doesn’t work; you can’t save the “pay to account” info; sometimes the app malfunctions and you can’t submit forms, which take a while to fill again and again.

Very easy and intuitive
Compared to other providers, the Bupa global app is easy to use and very intuitive

App is ok but the service is subpar
The app works fine, however the service provided by Bupa through OIC in UAE is really bad , the local team is slow to respond and their default action is to reject any request or to keep asking you for additional info until you get tired and just drop it! I will not renew with them next year.

Can’t login
I’m facing an issue w/ the latest build of the app as of writing this review where I’m not able to log in at all.
Once I press the blue login button, I’m taken to a blank page and nothing loads up.
I’ve tested this on an iPhone XA running iOS 15.6 & an iPhone 13 mini running iOS 16.
