Rebecca's Burn App is Stellar!
I have been doing Rebecca's workouts for about 10 years. Rebecca is very unique because, not only is she highly knowledgeable about physical training and motivation, she is incredibly supportive and inclusive. I have tried other workouts and while they are not bad, they just do not compare in terms of motivation. The app is super easy to navigate. It contains all different workouts, whether it's weights, bands, yoga, kickboxing, targeted areas of the body. Rebecca has you covered. I do her workouts 5 or 6 times a week (they average 35 minutes) and I always get a good sweat on and feel great afterwards. There is a calendar you can follow and keep tabs on your progress and even earn points so you can buy swag in her store! You also get meditations and nutrition advice and a healthy recipe every day. I am a huge fan of Rebecca - quite frankly, she really seems to care about her followers and goes "live" and connects with us. I could go on but I think you get the picture - Rebecca (and her team) rock!💙

Get The Results You Are Looking For!!
I had been following Rebecca Louise’s workouts for two years before joining the Burn App and that is when the difference was made. The Burn App provides structure and is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comprehensive workout experience.

One of the best features of the Burn App is the multiple workouts to choose from, ranging from strength training to pilates and mobility and more. You can also filter your search based on your fitness level, or the specific muscle groups you want to target. It has recipes to execute and a whole mindfulness section to explore.

Another great feature of the Burn app is the community aspect. You can join challenges, connect with Burn App friends and share your progress on social media. This added social element is a great motivator to keep you on track with your fitness goals.

Overall, I highly recommend Rebecca Louise’s workouts to anyone looking for a great workout experience. The multiple choices and excellent results make it a top choice for fitness enthusiasts of all levels.

Some suggestions
I have been following Rebecca for years now and have used both previous apps. This app so far seems to be working really well and is not glitchy at all. I haven’t done the workouts yet (just downloaded!) but I already like it wayyyy better than the other two. And knowing my past experience with Rebecca’s workouts, I know I’ll see results quickly!

I do have some suggestions: it would be amazing to have the capability to save recipes and create shopping lists. Life is already crazy and any app that allows me to save my recipes and seamlessly create shopping lists is a lifesaver.
And regarding the workout videos: I love that there’s now a preview list of workouts! It helps so much. And it would be awesome if we could “like” videos so we could easily find them and access them again.

Last suggestion: please please pleaseeee making postpartum workout videos that are safe for women with diastsis recti! And that properly teach us how to breathe/lift our pelvic floor when lifting. This is something I have such a hard time figuring out with my workouts. It’s also the reason I’ve been so hesitant to start back up with Rebecca’s program. There’s a huge need for postpartum workout trainers!

Best Workout App out there
This is by far the best workout app I’ve ever used. It’s far superior to any I’ve tried. It’s all laid for you, just sign in and do the daily workout or choose your own from the huge workout library. Rebecca talks you through the entire workout, gives technique tips the entire time so you remember to keep your form correct, and gives many mindset tips while she’s at it. There’s a recipe section, a meditation section with tons of mindset lessons, and challenges that you can add to your daily workouts. I’ve never been stronger or felt better in my life. And Rebecca practices what she preaches. Get it, you won’t be sorry!

Consistency
Rebecca Louise and TEAM BURN bring consistency and inspiration. Results come from all aspects of health and Rebecca strives to bring you all that with fitness, nutrition, and mindset all in 1 amazing app. I have following her for years and used her previous APP versions every day for the last 3 years. My mantra is WAKE UP AND PRESS PLAY - you take it from there. Beginners have their own version inside app with rest days. I have had several family members and friends thank me for introducing them to Rebecca Louise ❤️ As an oncology nurse I look to inspire others to take control of their lives and health- thanks Rebecca for this amazing tool. Excellent!!!
I have been a BURN member for more years than I can remember! It just keeps getting better and better! Everyday, 7 days a week, I start my day with one or more of Rebecca’s workout! I love the flexibility it offers. There are so many exciting workouts that meet all of my fitness needs. There is something for everyone and, meets everyone’s fitness needs.
Rebecca is so inspirational and a wonderful coach!
Her app also offers nutrition and mindset. It is the whole package. I am so impressed how she really listens to what everyone really wants in the app and continues to make it better and better! Way to go Rebecca, you are amazing!!

More than a workout app!
I signed up for Burn right at the start of the pandemic. For the sole purpose of being able to workout from home while the gyms were closed.
To my surprise this was way more! The mindset specifically changed everything I do for the better. She is so encouraging and has do many way to get the results you want. If it’s nutritional, fitness,mindset, personal growth this app has it all!
Now almost four years later I have grown into a completely different person. I’m fit, more active more confident, I make better business moves my life is more organized.

Best workouts ever
I struggled with a good workout routine and habit all my life. Not anymore with Rebecca’s workouts! She is fun, energetic, and constantly making new videos. She continues to grow her knowledge of nutrition and the best exercises to do, then shares it with her subscribers. Love that there is a calendar with set workouts each day, so I don’t have to wonder what to do next. And if I ever want to do more, she has a video library full of many workouts and challenges. It’s fantastic. I have been using her so for three years now and am in the best shape of my life!

Best exercise app EVER!
This is the first exercise program that I’ve ever actually stuck with! I have been consistently using it every day! I wake up in the more looking forward to getting my workout in! It’s fun and challenging and Rebecca keeps you motivated to keep going! The workouts are different every day to work different parts of your body and you can choose what kind of program you want to do. And, if you show up and stay consistent, you WILL see results! I absolutely love this app!

No response from customer service for months
I had the BTES app and renewed my yearly subscription 2 months before Rebecca released Burn. She said she would refund the difference if you email customer service. I’ve been doing that since June and never get a response. I was a huge fan and am not anymore because she doesn’t seem to honor her word.

She also didn’t mention before that this wasn’t available on desktop or couldn’t be streamed unless you have an iPhone so I discovered that after the fact. I still would have been okay with that if she would have refunded me like she said she would. Seems if she isn’t getting money from you anymore she doesn’t care. Very very disappointed. 😔
