The best burn video app that there is
I have had the opportunity to get a couple of phone videos done through this app and I have to say I’m very pleased with the whole process since the two times I have done it I had a good experience and it’s very hard now a days to say that about a lot of things since things are getting so complicated but this app is just amazing and the work is well done. Thank you so much for the hard work that is put in to get this job done and for being good to the present costumers. I will continue to do business.

No reponsive unprofessional
I placed an order Monday, May 17th 2021 with this company especially since they are advertise all over the webthat shipping is free and things happen pretty fast. I still havent received my order and i have left several emails even the night of my order. The night I placed my order I asked if this company would be able to get product express delivered by Saturday since that is the day of my grandmothers funeral and need a refund if not, but got no response. Two days later they sent a generic email stating that product was shipped but no response to my original email. I wanted to only receive 1 since i believed it wouldnt be received promptly for what I needed for my grandmothers funeral. So i sent another email thursday requesting a refund because i only need 1 versus 6 dvds. Still no response just a generic email saturday with a tracking number. This is poor customer service and very unprofessional so a poor review will probably be the only way i get a response or someones attention which shouldnt be the case. But thats how things get done I guess a negative impact to there business to result in losing sales which is never the my intentions, but if you take peoples money without helping them that doesnt help business thrive.

Great idea, horrible app
This is probably one of the worst apps I have ever used. Having to log in every time you open the app is such a pain. Even if it remembered you, it would be better. But every single time you have to enter all of your info, my phone doesn’t save the password for whatever reason, so I have to try to remember my password, which is always a struggle. I just started an upload & got in the shower. Got out & the app had crashed so I had to log in again. My brother called after I logged in so I took the call & then had to log in again & then the app crashed. You can’t see your order history or to see what you already uploaded. I, personally don’t want to sit through 95 videos that I already sat through when I chose to order. After you add your purchase to your cart, you cannot go back & add additional purchases which is stupid. I have 1000 videos I need to get off of my phone. I would be great to do it all in one purchase with multiple usbs & not have to pay shipping for 10 separate orders. I do love the product though so I keep coming back. If the app was more user friendly, I think it would really take off. I know I would use it more.

Previously happy customer
There was a time I would have given this service a 5 star review but recently when trying to use the app it has failed to work. It won’t load my videos. I get to the step where I pick out my video and tap it, it tells me how much storage space it’s going to use, then when I hit next sometimes it freezes up and from that point on it won’t do anything and I have to close out the app. Or it will go to the next screen and where it should be telling me the percentage as it transfers it just stays in the starting position and never transfers anything. I use it with a high speed WiFi. I have even deleted the app and redownloaded it more than once to see if that would correct whatever glitch was going on but it hasn’t. I truly miss being able to use this app. I have purchased several dvds using it and been very happy with them. I hope that whoever reads this review from burn video can help me out and either fix the glitch or let me know something to do on my end to correct why it isn’t working anymore.

Best Video/photo conversion app on the market
Burn video has created the easiest, most convenient way to take videos and photos from your phone and turn them into HD CD’s. CD’s are great for storing life long memories and are wonderful for playing at banquets, reunions, funerals, etc.
I personally made a video on iMovie of my dads life after he passed away. I had a
CD made by Burn Video that was played at his funeral that had everybody crying and laughing. And after I was able to order more CDs for several family members who wanted for.
Creating a CD doesn’t get any easier than this! Highly recommend this app if you want to save memories!

Highly recommend!
I’ve been trying to figure out a good way to preserve videos of my kids for years and this is the answer! I’ve ordered 3 dvds in the past month. All have shipped within 2-3 days of placing my order and all have arrived within a week after shipping. Sometimes there are some glitches in the videos but they are very brief and do not take away from the video. The upload process can be pretty slow but is very user friendly. Will definitely continue to use this app!

Still waiting for USB to arrive. It clearly states on app after placing order, will receive product in 8-10 days. Well it’s been almost 20 days and no video yet. After second email finally got response of “it was shipped 9 days after it was ordered and should arrive any day”. Well it’s been 10 days past when it was shipped and nothing. No tracking number, nothing on my account on app about shipping (even though it says they will notify you when it is shipped) So far looking like a scam and very disappointed. I get that mail is delayed with the way things are going at this time but it wasn’t shipped for 9 days from the company. Also on the app all tabs work except “rate this app”. Hmmm. No customer service, nothing positive about this app and product.

Poor quality & not user friendly
First, they just put all the photos/videos together like a slideshow. There is no way to click on each individual photo or video. So if you want to find just one specific video or photo, you can’t. This also means you can’t go back and download one specific thing. I was extremely disappointed when I realized I couldn’t access videos, other than watching a slideshow or running video of EVERY photo and video.
Second, the quality of the videos they save are terrible. Some of the videos I received were so blurry that you could barely make out their faces. Definitely will not use this app again.

Needs an update
Hopefully the people at burn video read this because I use this app all the time. In the past 6 months the app has been crashing. I try to go slower and sometimes it helps but I often have to take a few days to upload all the video and hope it goes through. Hopefully someone can fix this because it’s the best app! The DVDs are great quality and my family’s memories are all saved for years to come.

No customer service or tracking info
I placed my order December 9 and money was taken out of my account December 14. I received by email an order number but never received a tracking number. I have reached out numerous times through email with no response back. So you can only assume as I have that this is a scam and you are simply making another donation to a fraud. I never rate apps unless it is a scam. So please take my advice and don’t waste your money!
