It finally worked!
I got it to work! After fiddling for hours I kept with the same error message that it never asked for my iPads camera to turn on, therefore never working with the workbooks! The problem was the workbooks were grad K, and I had my daughter registered on the app as Pre-K. Once I fixed that, it worked perfectly!
We spent two hours now playing with different pages and it’s just incredible. Expensive but all in all, worth every penny!

Great concept but app needs improvement
I really like the app and my daughter enjoys the activities and stories on here. She’s learning a lot and this is helping her better understand concepts she’s learning in school. My only issue is that every single time we get to the “well done” screen, we have to close the app completely because there’s no x or any other button to continue. This becomes very frustrating, especially for my daughter. I’ve updated the app and tried redos loading but the issue persists. I really want this to love this app but the tech issues are hindering me from doing so.

NEEDING HELP
I have followed all directions. My ipad is compatible with the Byju’s learning kit… I have followed the instructions and set up a profile on the Byju’s learning app .. my problem is I can’t get the magic work books part to work… inside the magic work books they say to open the Byju’s learning app featuring Disney and tap the magic workbooks icon to begin … the problem is there isn’t a icon that says “ magic workbooks “ anywhere on the app… I’ve picked through the app for hours .. I have watched videos step by step to try and figure out how to use the books… nothing is explaining or working for me .. I really need help. I have contacted the help center and no one has responded.. I don’t understand what is going on.

My 7 year old loved this
We Used this app along with the osmo and worksheets to help my 7 year old with phonics he gives me a hard time working out of regular work books but he absolutely loved this app. My twin 4 year olds got so excited watching him they ended up using it as well! Love how you can add children and customize to there age and grade.

Workbooks not loading
Things worked fine when we first got this for my son, but it has been completely unusable the last several times we’ve tried to use it. Trying to load “Workbooks” just hangs on a loading screen forever. Trying to explain this to an upset 4yo who just wants to learn has caused me completely hate this product. It is unbelievably overpriced for this garbage quality. There’s not even an error message, I’m left completely unable to do anything.
I wish I could get my money back. You’ve got one job - make the workbooks that I paid $100 for work, and stop trying to upsell me a monthly subscription on top of a broken app.

Love the concept but the Freezing needs fixed
App freezes after completing the coloring portions in the workbooks. I have to close the app and restart the program which nullifies the convenience of Jane. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, I’ve tried using a different device (purchased both the kindle fire and the iPad docks and used different devices from each brand). So now we just complete our workbooks without the app… which is disappointing and over priced to have to resort to.

Was great…. For about a week
My son received his first kit and wool books for Christmas this year. Everything worked perfectly the first few times he used the app. But then the other day when I went to open the app, it wouldn’t load. Shows a purple screen then rather then go to the main menu, the screen goes black. I did nothing different, no settings were changed, it was the same workbooks. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing works…. The whole point of these workbooks is to have iPad interaction. I could have spend $5 on a Target workbook if I just wanted a workbook.

Cannot Connect Magic Worbook or Osmo to my IPad 9th Generation
I have tried to connect Magic Workbook and Osmo to my son’s IPad 9th generation. The app doesn’t show the magic workbook icon. The ipad software is updated. I’ve uninstalled the app, restarted the iPad, signed out and etc. There isn’t a direct customer service number or a troubleshoot guide. I need help! I spent a lot of money for this and for it
not to work as it claim to do. I’m extremely frustrated with how I have no reference or a person to assist in this. I don’t recommend this product for the simple fact of the lack of tech support.

This is an amazing learning app!!
My child absolutely loves this app, it teaches her so much and she likes to tell everyone what she’s learned. She is also ahead of her class by learning multiplication and division. BUT! One problem, she is using an Apple iPad and the videos are super blurry on the app and we can barely see anything that’s going on. I don’t know how to fix this, please help,

Poor app
I have been trying to download the app for sometime. It seems I have great internet and app doesn’t want to download. Another discouraging factor is the high price when one has two kids in the same grade and having to purchase 2 identical sets. I think the old fashion copy and give sheets is by far the way to go for this single mom. I thought it sounded fun for kids but unless you have money to burn I wouldn’t waste my time. App seems to have glitches cost too high for most people and really not that impressed w Osmo customer service either.
