Cam Viewer is designed to work with WiFi enabled Nextbase Dash Cams.
Currently compatible with Nextbase NBDVR312GW, NBDVR380GW, NBDVR412GW, NBDVR512GW, NBDVR612GW, MIRROR and DUO-HD.
Cam Viewer will allow Live View from the Dash Cam in addition to viewing video / photo files stored upon the camera and also downloading to your connected device for viewing later.
CamViewer also has an Upload facility to allow video files which are too large to Email to be uploaded to Nextbase who then provide a link which you can send to your insurance company / friends to download.
For your own safety do NOT operate CamViewer or your Dash Cam whilst driving.

Unreliable
Absolutely terrible app and/or dashcam. The WiFi is completely useless. Cannot download any files. Viewing files is glitchy and stuttery if it even works. Continuously disconnecting and freezing forcing you to reopen the app and “Forget network” then reconnecting.

Disappointing that the iOS13 version just does not work
Prior to upgrading it worked. Now it indicates that my dash cam is connected, but will not download any files.

I just got my dash cam and this app is completely useless I can’t even connect to my dash cam at all.
