Good for 2 days then...awful
Won’t stay connected to WiFi, have to keep resetting and repairing via hotspot and can’t get back in WiFi at all now. Can’t even view camera just by hotspot anymore. Also the device ID suddenly changed in the LAN and doesn’t match the camera when I first set it up. I wonder if it’s spyware at this point. I’ve emailed numerous times with no help. I should have listened to reviews. Returning camera for something higher end and with customer service that actually helps. Super frustrating. It’s like they made it complicated intentionally.

Easy to set up, easy to use. It will disconnect from wi-if when only on battery, but that’s what the SD card is for.
I just leave it plugged into power and have no issues.
Haven’t figured out how secure it is, since I can use the app and see my cameras when I am not on my network. Still researching that.

Terrible interface
This app is terrible. It was NOT designed in English, but translated poorly afterwards. The controls are extremely confusing. It’s blatantly obvious that the app developer did NOT design the app for everyday regular use. It was extremely difficult to set up the WiFi connection, nearly impossible to set up recording, and the app freezes up. Apple should be ashamed for approving such a terrible app. The developer needs to go back to school to understand consumer needs.

Took a lot of setup but now good
It took me quite a while to get it working and I did have to keep deleting and re-aquiring the camera a few times in the first week. Not sure why since, but now it’s been good for multiple weeks since and seems to work every time. I almost gave up but glad I didn’t, but that is why I gave the lower rating.

As soon as I changed password, camera is no longer has view on phone and camera is still active and sending me movement notifications, which therefore this was developed to invade privacy and someone else is viewing the camera.

Works fine
Setup took less than 5 minutes, it hasn’t disconnected at all since I installed it 5 days ago, but I do keep camera plugged in with cord.

App will not read it as connected
Bluetooth was connected. Instructions were followed. App will not read the device as connected and so Wi-Fi cannot be put in.
