I thought this was just gonna be another game I download then delete after 5 minutes but I was really wrong. Idk why but this is like really addictive and I really like this game a lot. Please update more! I’m gonna be finished with most of the things you can do soon which disappoints me because I really like playing! So please update and work on this game more! 10/10 from me which is hard to get so good job! the little lore behind some of the characters inspired me for my own characters so thank you for that! But I have a little recommendation, don’t make everything based around the diamonds. The diamonds being used for items for the guests at the hotel I get but maybe add more usage for coins like coins can buy furniture or “pay” employees instead of watching adds for diamonds to get employees or watching adds for employees completely. Also please add a feature so we can disable employees, I sometimes need to get certain guests out because I want to keep progressing with other guests but the employees keep dealing with them and they keep staying. About the cases/files, love them! Please add more, really fun 👍 Overall review is a 5/5 but definitely needs certain features tweaked (things with diamonds), more features (disable employees, more files and cases, etc), and maybe even more lore? I’m not 100% finished but I’m so into the little lore behind characters so more of that!

I don’t normally write reviews, but this game is seriously underrated. I’ve never heard of it before but I wanted a fun game on my phone to pass the time and I love a good mystery plot and renovation game so I gave it a shot and I was not disappointed. They have 11 levels out so far now and are promising another in the future which I am excited for. You can solve different cases from theft to murders and some of them are pretty difficult to figure out, but luckily you have the option to watch an ad instead of using your diamonds or money for clues, it’s bearable though because there’s no other ads within the game which has also been very nice. You also get “notes” from people who stay in your hotels and their stories are so interesting to collect and read, I got so invested in my two favorite characters story (they interact with each others stories), Ross and Jake are strangers at the beginning of the game but a series of letters reveals a meeting and love story that was dramatic but sweet and the murders are all unnecessary and funny but they follow a main theme of being connected to one organization that you get to learn more about in the mystery solving part of the game also the art for the game is so simple but cute and it’s makes it that much more enjoyable. 10/10

I’ve never written a review before so that shows how much I liked this game. It was a very smoothly operating game. A lot of games like this tend to be choppy but this is one of the first game in awhile that I enjoyed playing. However, once I reached level 83, there were no more cases. I’ve read the reviews and I see a lot of people have the same problem where it promised more levels every month and we still haven’t gotten new levels. I’ve seen the developers response to these reviews and they’re very vague and don’t give a timeline. So Mr/Ms Developer, if you’re see this, can you give me an eta on when I can be expecting those new levels? And if they aren’t coming every month then you really shouldn’t state that it is cause that’s false advertisement.

Also I saw a review saying that the levels got a lot harder as they went on and it stopped being fun. I understand that they should get increasingly more challenging, but some of the higher level challenges were difficult because the solution didn’t make sense. It was like putting 2+2 together and getting 67. I liked the game because it was a brain exercise but towards the end it felt like the hints were just randomly placed and I had to start using more hints to make them make sense.

Overall I do love this game a lot, and I would love to continue playing it.

I play this game a lot, like everyday, and I LOVE it. But ever since I completed all the levels and cases I’m stuck with just the hotel portion, and yes I do like the hotel portion but whenever I get bored of the hotel I have nothing to cure that boredom for I have nothing else on the game to do. I would love to see more levels and cases because I would hate to stop playing the game, and in my opinion the cases were my favorite part of the game. But as soon as I finish the hotel portion of the game and this is no update I will no longer play the game, and my brain will tell myself that I need to delete it because it is taking up storage, and it is no longer necessary to have because I do not play it. I love this game and would hate to see it go, once I finished all the levels it told me “please look forward to it” and just referred me to different games. This game is awesome but it’s boring just to play the hotel. You guys are awesome for this game keep doing what you do, I hope to see an update soon.

I just went on a cruise and didn’t have wifi for socials, and this is literally all I did. It was so fun and was perfect while I was at the restaurants waiting for my food to come. I eventually ran out of levels and it was annoying because I didn’t have anything to do after that, and I couldn’t update the app. (no wifi) Now I’m updating it and I’m about to get on my airplane home, so hopefully it works and theres more levels. I think that the levels have been getting to challenging, and it makes it less fun, but it still is a way for me to spend my time.

UPDATE!!!: Its been like 4 months, theres still no new levels. Its getting annoying, when I finished the last level it told me there would be new levels each month, but still no new levels. Which is false advertising.. But anyways, I sometimes just play old levels, but its not the same. I get more inpatient each time I check for an update, but right now it says the game hasn’t been updated in 3 weeks. Im hoping this means they are working on new levels and there coming with the next update. If not I’m just gonna delete the game because its taking up storage.

I’ve been playing this game for less than a month. within this entire time i’ve played this game, i’ve completed every case. The response i got when it said after i had completed the cases was “come back next month for more activities” or something along those lines. Although it’s only a few days into the new month i was really hoping they would’ve updated and released more to the game.
i’ve spent so much time on this app, and i do love it which i will continue to play even if it’s just the hotel portion, but i have also watched over 150+ ads just to get the different kinds of furniture and staff members (there’s 5 staff members in each hotel and they’re all 10 ads each or 15 diamonds which you can save up diamonds in daily check in or you can buy them which i don’t want to put money into this game, either way it’s 50 ads alone to get each staff member in the hotels which i don’t mind at all just wish there wasn’t so many).
this game really does have so much potential and it’s one of the best games i’ve played. Please release more!

I absolutely love the game but this is like the 4th update with no change. No new mystery quests, no new characters, no new items, no new area to add, just nothing new. I am constantly checking the AppStore to see if there is an update & when I see one I get super excited and then I am super disappointed when it downloads because the updates do literally nothing every time. I really don’t want to delete this app cause it’s amazing & I love it but I’ve been done with everything possible in the game for like 2 months now. Please add some new mystery quests or characters or items for the existing characters, anything would be better than updates that change nothing. Very upset about this honestly because I love the game. The last thing that was added was outfit changes for your character (which adds nothing to the gameplay) and even that was like 4 updates ago. I’ll give it a few more updates before I decide to delete the app cause I really want to see the new storyline but these updates with no change drive me crazy.

Stunning visuals, lots of great features, very creative and captivating gameplay! There’s so much in there that I don’t know where to start. The storyline is absolutely fun and thrilling. My one complaint is that…I want more!! Where are those updates!? I’m sorry for my impatience, I know a lot probably went into making this and app-developing in itself is probably very time consuming but I am just so addicted to this app that I want more!! While waiting for any new updates, I’ve resolved to just trying to get every room and furniture item there is. I’ve already finished all 3 hotels with all the furnitures and I’ve completed the 3 gardens as well. Obviously, I already completed the main storyline. I’ve only had this app for 2 months and I work 8 hours every weekday so it’s not like all of my time is going into it. I guess I’ll just be watching ads to collect diamonds so I can acquire the entire wardrobe to pass the time. Absolutely in love with this app and can’t wait for updates!!!

The game is overall mediocre ? I started playing because I saw an ad about it & thought the premise was interesting! The ad was accurate but it seems there are a lot more texting levels than anticipated. I’m taking off two stars simply because of the sheer amount of ads! To earn Diamonds there is no other alternative method rather than watching ads, it’s either ads or cash. When you are done with a level an ad plays, whether you clicked double coins or not. To earn staff you have to watch ads (10 ads if you want to have them permanently), to earn furniture decorations an ad, in between screens an ad. There are far too many ads and it takes away from the enjoyability. In addition, the ads are also WAY too long! The ads range from being 1 minute long to 3 minutes. The only way to get stuff done is ads or diamonds (which can be earned but ADS or by paying for them). The premise is nice, but it doesn’t seem to have a main story line which really doesn’t help its cause because it has no reason for me to stick around and continue playing it.

I actually really enjoyed this game. I loved the case files especially, since they were more in depth than the regular cases (i wish there were more). and taking care of the hotel was really fun UNTIL they recently made a change that instead of purchasing the amenities for the guests, they have now have to be “transported” so i’m constantly running out of the amenities. the amenities for the guest are also now timed, so if i run out of something and can’t give it to them, they leave unsatisfied and their favor for the hotel decreases. the only way to get them quickly is to watch ads. well when you run out of all your amenities in a matter of seconds you end up having to watch ads every 5 minutes and im simply not doing that. sad to say that as long this “transportation” update lasts i probably won’t be playing the game as it’s a major inconvenience and really spoils the leisure appeal the game had.
