Legitimate, but extremely slow to earn.
Although this app does pay: the effort required to receive a payout is a bit much, in my opinion. 50 coin max per day from steps, whereas many days I’m usually above 10k steps. 250 coins per week for checking in daily, compared to being able to earn over one hundreds coins or more based on steps per day.
I understand this is a company and their objective is to not make people rich for doing steps, but I no longer consider this worth my time for such a paltry payout.

Cashstep App
I was enjoying the cash step app and looking forward to reaching my first cash out. The app had been working god until I reached about 9000 points. After that point the app starting glitching a lot. I had one day of checking in left to reach my 250 bonus but the app would not let me checkin or get any of my daily bonuses. I tried multiple times during the day with no success. I even shut my phone down and then turned it on and tried again to no avail. That evening it would not let me add my points for my daily steps so I lost all points for the day as well as my 250 points for daily checking. The app has been glitching at times ever since. Since cashing out is 9500 points and it started glitching at about 9000 points I figure they do not want you to cash out. There are other apps that pay you for walking. If this keeps glitching I will be deleting this app and going with a different app.

SCAM! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
This seemed like a cool app, add your friends, get your steps in, get paid! I quickly earned over 150,000 points and redeemed them for a PayPal cash out. The “instant” cash out has been over a week and this morning I log in to see my account has been logged as suspicious because they believe I manually changed the time on my iPhone (never happened, I wouldn’t even know HOW to do that), and if I send them “sufficient activity that can prove my activity is legitimate “ my account will be manually reviewed but no info on where to send the info. And my points are also gone. Down to 24,000 when I had over 150,000 yesterday. Don’t even waste your time. Uninstalling this immediately. I don’t know if I’m more upset that they screwed me out of $65 in cash outs, or that they lied and said I was being shady. Either way, you won’t get paid. I’m not the only one this happened to. Referred this app to 10 friends and they all woke up to the same message.

No payment, no response, 100% misleading
Earned beyond what I needed to redeem rewards. Every time tried to redeem the app would close. Messaged them over a dozen times over weeks and nothing. Apps like this really take advantage over every single individual to make a buck on their end and this is just another company that does. If you’ve been fooled for months by them like me, report them to ***Apple and get them removed: 1. Open the App Store, locate them, scroll down to the information section and tap ‘Report a Problem’ (you’ll be taken to Apples website). On the Apple site sign in, tap the drop-down menu under the option ‘what can we help you with’ select: Report a scam or fraud.*** Let’s stop these so called ‘wellness’ apps that are misleading and taking advantage of us just for their own gain.

This app is a scam!!!
Such a joke! I got excited, started adding all my friends, friends’ friends until I collected over $200 which was about 400,000 coins. I was beyond excited, I guess I shouldn’t have gotten my hopes up. I cashed out immediately, and didn’t receive the money so I thought maybe I need to do the check-in for 7 days and then I’ll get the money, so I waited. It’s now been 12 days since then and I haven’t received a penny. You could say that why I would expect so much from an app, but if you’re advertising something and it’s on the app too, why should I have expected otherwise?!

Messed up
I’ve been enjoying using this app, but a couple of weeks ago it started messing up. Whenever I checked in on each square it finished and the app shut off without giving me any points. And whenever I try to cash in my steps it keeps saying I don’t have enough to redeem, even though before I could still redeem a lesser amount of points for a lesser number of steps. Now I can’t even make a daily check in. I’m ready to get rid of this if it doesn’t get fixed

Great tool for tracking my fitness goals and motivation
I have been using this app for a good amount of time. It is really good for helping me stay motivated with my fitness goals. I love the daily steps goal and the reminders so I don't forget to track my progress! I would definitely recommend this app to anyone looking to stay motivated or have trouble keeping track of their fitness progress.

Broken app
Friend invited me to join this app, since I work as a stocker I walk a lot every single day and thought it would be worth the try. But I haven’t even been able to get the app to launch. I click on it and the screen flashes with their logo for less than a second and then crashes. So I haven’t even been able to create and account or anything. Support has asked a few questions to which I’ve answered but the responses are slow, seems the app is probably more trouble than it’s worth. I’ll keep it downloaded and try periodically to login but hold no hope for the future of this app.

They stole my coins
I have been using the application around seven months. In the beginning the application was great, slow point system to get the $5 PayPal card, but they paid out the first time. By the second time I reach the points necessary for a second PayPal gift card and I was not able to redeemed in this time. Since the pay me the first time I was giving the benefit of the doubt and fix this glitch on redeeming the PayPal card, but the points that I have accumulated magically disappear and they have never responded back to my emails. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Would rate zero if possible
Shame on you for flagging accounts for no reason other than not wanting to pay people out the money they’re owed. It’s quite disgusting that as soon as you’re close to being able to get it they find some way to shut you down from receiving. Suspicious activity for no reason. You have a referral system but won’t let people use it. This has 100% been the biggest waste of time even pressing the download button. Avoid working with this ridiculous company.
