- App payments made through iTunes are controlled and managed by Apple.
- Premium membership fees will be billed automatically at 24 hours prior to the end of the current period monthly or annual period, as applicable. These fees will auto-renew until your Premium membership is downgraded or terminated. Your membership fee will be the same as your initial charges unless you are otherwise notified in advance. You may cancel your Premium membership at any time, as described below.
– Account will be automatically renewed 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at $3.99 per month or $17.99 per 6 months or $23.99 per full year.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off.

Starting to get better
My previous review gave Runtopia a one-star rating, because in a previous update, they removed step tracking as a way to earn SPC, but, thankfully, listening to their customers, they have since brought it back, and for that, my review is now a 3-star review.
The reason for the 3-star review is that this app is still inferior in features, compared to other, more famous apps, such as Apple’s Workout app, Nike Run Club, Strava, etc, in that it doesn’t connect to Apple Health, thus, not counting your workouts as activity on Apple Health. Nor does it have an Apple Watch app, which, for a running app, is just shameful.
So, 3-star review until they add support for syncing with Apple Health, and until they develop an Apple Watch app.

Excellent app concept, doesn’t always work right though
Love the concept of the app but when you click on the coin buttons to collect the coins you’ve earned they don’t always work and you don’t always get to collect them. Have had to restart the app multiple times to try and click the coins before finally giving up and not getting to collect what I’ve earned. 😕 Have has problems stopping the run tracker but that’s only happened a few times. Other than that I like that the app shares and celebrates the efforts I put into working out every day and seems to have a very supportive community following. Please fix, or even better automate, the coin/point earnings so this can be a 5 star app! 😊

When I click clim coin after , I can not click one or two and four five or more still hard to clim of it then I stop and some time forgot , whenever u can claim coin just one click or two click then I will give 4 star ⭐️ but I m not sure if this unlimited earn coin per day or not if can be unlimited for how many can earn , I will give 5 star ⭐️ , thanks

This app must be a scam!
First off this app did not count my steps WHILE I had it on and in my hand. It did this for several days while my other walking app had no issues tracking my steps. I collected every day and it never updated my days collected and NOW.. the app loses connection and I try everything to get it to connect back while having no other issues with any other data apps. I reinstall the app after it wouldn’t work for two days and try to log back in and it doesn’t even remember my number... saying specifically that my number is “no longer registered”! Fix this thing before you try and sell it to consumers. If I could give it a zero rating, I would.

Runtopia does NOT pay you to get fit
The title of the app says that Runtopia pays you to get fit. This is no longer accurate after a recent change to the rewards and points system. The new system only rewards extreme levels of exercise. If you want to get the PayPal cash of $300, you would need to run a 10k every day for the entire year. This is because the points now expire yearly. The app provides no meaningful rewards other than the PayPal cash which is unobtainable for the average runner. The other rewards are all discounts on Runtopia products. This used to be a good app where you could earn PayPal cash albeit over several years. This is no longer the case.

Better apps and charged me even when it’s a free trial
I bought the Runtopia watch as well as the app with a free 14 day trial. Nor the watch or the app worked for me, the watch wouldn’t track my indoor runs properly and the gps never worked even when I tried to update the AGPS through the app to get an accurate GPS location (the app went crazy and the watch never synced to start the activity) so I ended up using Strava for the GPS and finally unsubscribed from the app. Beware there’s NO FREE TRIAL! They’ll charge no matter what for the period you chose to be a member. Scam... tried to contact through email for a refund, no response!

Used to be awesome
I don’t know what’s happened lately but the app keeps messing up, from not giving points, to delays, to the information for my daily numbers not even showing up! I’ve messaged support several times about these issues but nothing is being done, I can see why everyone I refer to this app leaves because it can be frustrating. Fix the issues and give credit where credit is due and I’ll up that rating, they are now taking points away after a certain time, no ones on the app anymore because it screws its users

Good app but not as good as the others
Before I bought this app I used sweatcoin. It’s the same type of thing. You walk outside you get money. But the reason I switched is because it drained my battery and used a lot of space. But I’m regretting switching. Sweatcoin is much better. They actually switch there rewards everyday unlike this app. It’s much easier to earn money on sweatcoin. And the app has a much better layout. I suggest everyone to switch over to sweatcoin.

stupid membership
i paid 399 points for the premium membership, after i became a member with this stupid premium, i get no access to the other products at the shop. The only thing that i can buy after the membership is the membership and the watch. Prior the membership that i bought i was able to see all other available items to buy but right after the stupid premium i bought i get no access to ither products. scam scam scam scam scam
