Mismatched answers
It’s almost laughable how some of the answers don’t match up to the question you’re on! I get the answer wrong on a radiology question. So I click “show explanation” and the explanation is about infection control or something unrelated. I’ve updated the app, and every time- probably every 3-4 questions, an answer is wrong. Not just wrong but mismatched. I’m afraid to study with this app for fear I’ll be learning misinformation.

Do not use this as your only study method.
I have been teaching dental assisting at a local college for over a year. I have my Associates in Health Sciences. I have completed the RDA Exam and am preparing to take my National Danb CDA. I have been dental assisting for 10 years. There are several incorrect answers/questions on this application. But, in contrary, there are several great questions! Overall, you can not just use this application to study from, in my professional opinion . I also have not yet taken my exam though! I have although, purchased several study exams from the Dale Foundation which is the affiliate and only affiliate of the National Danb exam. Several of the questions did not match what I had already studied. That forces one to question the credibility. I think the questions need to be reviewed. Thank you!

Answers are incorrect
I took 3.5 years of dental assisting school in highschool, i did internahips for 2 offices and an insurance company as well as currently working for a dental practice, i wanted to take the exam so i could hold more credentials, bought this to be able to study and the answers are wrong more times than not!! I know from experience and i also know from further research! Thank god i have strong instincts and im not just accepting this app as truth! Id fail this exam and it costs money to take! This app is stealing money from people! They need to fix the answers or reverse our payments!!

Not Trustworthy
Several incorrectly worded questions as well as incorrect answers and explanations. Lost some confidence in this study process and do not appreciate not getting what I paid for....

Too much of a headache!!
The app is somewhat helpful, but half of the time, the answers don’t match up with the questions being asked! If you click for an explanation of the answer, sometimes it’ll give you an explanation completely unrelated to the question. And I can’t tell if I’m doing well on the tests or not, because I get so many answers wrong due to their app issues. Don’t waste your money! 😡

Don’t waste your money
I have been studying for my CDA Exam and thought this would be a good way to test my knowledge. So much of this information is incorrect, it confused me more than anything. It’s not going to benefit anyone wanting to actually pass the test. I tried contacting both the app developer and the Apple store to request s refund with no help from either. If you want to actually succeed at the exam, DO NOT use this app.

This app was very helpful. It had a lot of information that my book didn't have but was on the exam, so I'm very glad I used this app!

To many questions and answers that are incorrect
There is a lot of information but there are far to many questions and answers that are incorrect. I have requested a refund.

Answers don’t always match up
Some of the questions don’t have the correct answer! When clicking explication, it’ll describe the correct answer but it says the answer you selected is incorrect…. It’s ridiculous!!!

DO NOT USE! Inaccurate info!
I am a Dental Assisting Instructor and investigated this app as an extra study tool for my students. Too many wrong answers or in some cases mismatched questions and answers. Someone should edit this app before releasing it. Sad thing is students are counting on this app to be correct.
