Why do you need to log in every time???
I seriously don’t understand why the app wouldn’t stay logged in and you have to enter your credentials every time you open it. What’s the risk of someone fraudulently using it? Even making it prompt for login every month or every two weeks will dramatically improve the user experience…

Trouble with login
I need to try several types to login. The pop up login screen keeps popping out … it’s hard to get into the app. Then you need to do that every time you need to use the app.

Unworkable
You’re better off using your browser. The app will prompt for you to login every time to open it. It now will not even allow me to finish entering login information. The page will either not come up or if you fully close the app and try entering credentials, it will not let you finish before it closes. App is useless now.

Too buggy to be worth anything
First, it’s ridiculous you have to log in every session. Second, the app crashes every time I try to log in. In my opinion, it’s ridiculous to raise registration fees for the exam on the basis of a learning module if you’re unable to access the content due to a buggy app. The module fee should be refunded or the app fixed.

App won’t open
The CFA application will not allow me to log in on an iPhone 14. I can occasionally get to the user name screen to enter my email but even then I can only type a couple of letters before kicked back to the opening screen. For what CFA charges for their material, I expected better.

No Proper Outlines in the Readings
The readings are badly displayed in this learning system. Losing all the structures a PDF or the ebook can simply have.
If the committee really wants us to use the learning system, at least make it as good as the ebooks PLEASE.
And btw, How much cost can the committee cut by stopping providing the ebooks? Where are all the exam fees go?

Can’t even login
Wish I could give this zero stars. Everytime I try to login, it kicks me back to the “Login” button before I can even start to type my login info. Very fitting for the CFAI to have an app that doesn’t even work

Unable to log-in using existing credentials.
Username/Password incorrect error message shown even when correctly entered and hence not able to log-in to the app rendering it completely useless.

Can’t log in
Would be great but you can hardly ever log in. Login screen resets after a few seconds and can never enter credentials fast enough. Losing out on A TON of potential practice time.
