Easy to set up and works as advertised
Good for what it does. It offers you way to communicate with your ride group irrespective of the brand of their comms.
Would like to see the ability to listen to music on my default music app while remaining connected to my group. Not sure if that’s possible but that would be an excellent feature.

Disappointed
My husband, myself and our riding buddy all got ruroc shockwave’s for Christmas this year. We finally got to take our first moto trip of the season last weekend and we’re so excited to use our new helmets/shockwaves. But the app wouldn’t even allow us to log in. The app has yet to be fixed and won’t even allow for an official report to be placed on their website. We had to revert to hand signals for communication during the ride. 0/10 will buy again or recommend to a friend.

Couldn’t even creat an account, the create an account page glitches and doesn’t let you select the box the accept terms and conditions not allowing you to continue. If I know Ruroc, this app will be awesome.. in like 4-5 years when it’s all re-done and not at all good until then

My family can talk to us when we are riding. Great way to stay in contact and making sure everyone is safe.

Intercom works ok but would like to use some music also. Maybe an update will have that option

It’s a shame for a so beautiful product and helmet , to have so many problems.
Please try to correct the sound of the music when working with the chain apps.
And make it possible to have both working together music and intercom on Bluetooth.

Doesn’t work
Can’t even login or create an account… app just glitches the whole time and gives validation errors when trying to create an account with no way of troubleshooting.

So far no good…
I haven’t been able to set up an account on the Chain app. I continue to get “Something went wrong, Unexpected error” message.
While the helmet looks amazing, I’m losing confidence in this company.
