Good But Not Great
This app has been helpful in setting up my skincare routine and allowing me to mark which products I used. I have a pretty extensive routine and several different products that I use on different days. However, it would be extremely helpful if I could go back on the calendar to add my routine if I missed getting it in that day. Also, I use different tools (microneedle pen, microcurrent device, etc) and different treatments (peels, masks, etc) and would love to be able to easily track those treatments. I know of a lot of women in my social media groups who are in search of the holy grail beauty app and this definitely has the potential, but isn’t close enough yet for me to recommend. Please keep upgrading and incorporating the reviewers’ suggestions.

Won't Let Me Add Many Products
I have multiple problems with this app. The most annoying one is that when I try to add products to my skincare routine, I think if it goes over six items, it just removes one. I have multiple skincare routines in which I use different products throughout the week, and therefore I have to add more than 6 items to my routine. Another problem is that when I add an item from the list of already put in products, it forces the app closed and I have to see what changes it made to my routine. Another problem is the lack of the ability to upload photos for the reference of products that aren't already in their database. You can only take a picture of the products, you can't upload your own file, which is really annoying because I like the look of the online photos better than the background at my house to use as a photo for my skincare products. I was really looking forward to using this app so i could keep track of what days to use my certain products (I have sensitive skin and want to use both retinol and aha/bha but i lose track easily of when i used what so I thought this app would prevent me from forgetting since you can't use retinol and aha/bha at the same time); but honestly I'll probably uninstall if at least my main problem isn't fixed.

also, the weirdest part was when i was setting up my night routine. my night routine is complicated and it varies day to day, so i downloaded this app to track it. i have three serums i use from the ordinary, i have 2 that goes after my essence and 1 after my moisturizer because i mix them together. when i was finished setting up my routine, i went back to check and literally, the entire routine glitched out! all of my serums became niacinamide (which is one of my serums btw). i kept redoing it and the same thing kept occuring. it was so annoying.
tbh i just didn’t like the app, i honestly wish it had more function. i hope we can add more than 2 routines in the future, because it was difficult to select the days i use certain products in.

Good, But Not Great
This app has a ton of potential - The UI is pleasing to the eye and it is fairly easy to use. One annoyance was that each product is locked into a category. For example, I use The Ordinary's Caffeine solution as an eye treatment, but could only classify it under "Face Serum." This is technically true but irked me that the usage couldn't be more specific to my personal routine.
Also, please add drugstore products! Not everyone shops exclusively with prestige brands - Some people try to make do with what's available and affordable, myself included!
In addition to drugstore products, many people are increasingly incorporating Asian skincare products and routines. Brands like Cosrx, Missha, Tony Moly & Rovectin are becoming largely popular in the West. It would be a waste to not include these as well in the product listings.
This app surpasses others in that it's free and an overall nice experience to utilize, but could definitely be better.

Great app but needs some improvements!
First off this app has been so helpful for my skincare routine & the app is easy to use. But the lack of going back literally one day to check off my morning/night routine is really annoying. Most times I miss it by 10 minutes past midnight & it’s the smallest detail but I’ve noticed I use the app less and less because of this reason. Also would love if you could customize a single day routine, as of now it changes your past info & future for all days. Please look into this, because there are others that have been asking the same thing!

amazing app!
i sometimes forget to do my skincare. having somewhere that i can log when i do it and also talk about how my skin feels each day is just amazing. it also sends my notifications to do my skincare, check posture, eat healthier, go for a walk, drink water, and more! you can pick any you would like. i also get to take pictures of my skin each day to show improvement in breakouts or anything else. i get to choose my skin type and my concerns for my skin and it gives me tips and customizes my routine. i add my products to my routine and check off the ones i have used. i would totally recommend charm to anyone needing a little help with skincare! no ads or anything.

Can’t Use Because Of One Flaw
I have downloaded and tried a handful of skincare tracking apps, and this one was my favorite until I realized one major flaw. It doesn’t let you edit previous days. For people like me who don’t wash up or sleep until past 12am (or you simply forget to log it), it’s really an inconvenience to not be able to edit a day past 12am. I love that it tracks other factors that affect your skin like your period, water intake, amount of sleep, physical activity, etc. Unfortunately, since I don’t do my nighttime routine till late, I can’t use this app. Bummer.

Great idea. I wish it included drug store brands such as CeraVe. I have a very very extensive skin care routine(I am obsessed with skin care). I have an every other day routine for mornings AND evenings. It’s a lot to keep up with. I definitely want to track my routine but this app is a bit challenging. I wish there were a website where I could include my entire routine and ingredients (including my drugstore and Korean products) and be able to track my routine on my phone. Maybe one day.... For now it’s pen and paper.

Submit more products?
I wish there was a way to submit more products or view what's available by a brand. I've noticed a few items are miscategorized (makeup remover as a toner etc) so it's hard to find what I use. I don't like adding my custom product because it only allows photos I take, not an uploaded product photo. If I take photos on my counter, it clutters the app and looks messy.

Decent when it doesn’t crash
The concept for this app is great, but the follow-through not so much. The app constantly crashes when I try to add a new skincare product. Additionally, it’s much easier to add products available at Sephora than those that aren’t. Half of my skincare products aren’t, so I have to add them manually. This makes the crashing even more annoying because when that happens it removes one if your existing g products and then I have to enter it manually all over again.
