Can’t imagin how good it is!
I had heard about this app from a couple of people, but I always thought it would be something like other pronunciation/accent reduction apps with tons of information but not practical. But Chatterfox is easy to use and really effective. Its high quality videos and interactive teaching method has really helped me as a non native English speaker. The premium version is worth every penny.

Hidden Policies
I’d like to love this app, until my coach “disappeared” after I submitted my work.
There was a hidden policy on the billing details page, which I can’t find it anywhere after I paid and started my monthly subscription, which was you can only receive 5 one-on-one coaching inside the app from your coach every month. The customer service said that they didn’t even recommend more than one coaching per month since they wanted the learners to practice more before they submitted their work. (Practice one module per month?)
Ok, are we paying money for the pre-record videos? And what’s ChatterFox’s superiority? You should clarify all the course plans ahead, instead of making the point that people are guaranteed to get the money back if they are not satisfied, but hiding all those additional refund requirements and the service you provide somewhere hard to find.
I would strongly recommend those who want to enroll their programs to look through their policies carefully. Even on the billing detail page, you should check every single policy and service that they would provide in your course.

Great app
One of the most helpful parts of the program is the practice sessions, which break down which phonetic elements you do well on and which you need to improve. I can improve my next try by comparing my recording with the coach. By scoring my improvement, I feel more like I'm playing a game than I'm practicing English.
