Good design, but "easy" doesn't seem easy to me
The "one player" option could use a "beginner" setting below the current "easy" setting. I am a complete novice, and even the "easy" setting has been very frustrating and discouraging for me.
The game works well--no flaws, good graphics, makes clear the options. If you already have some chess ability, I'm sure it's great.
I might keep trying a little longer, but constantly getting pummeled by the so-called easy opponent isn't as much fun for me as playing against another beginner would be.
However, I do want to acknowledge that the game seems well designed in general. It allows for one- or two-player play at more than one level; it looks and sounds nice; and the limitations on moves are clearly communicated.

A little hard
I’ve been practicing in chess and trying to get better but the easy mode is extremely hard for me. It’s frustrating me and like others have said if you could make it a bit easier, that make a five star game.
Other than that it’s a GREAT chess game, there’s nothing better than a board but this is for sure second in playing chess.

Simple and fun
I love this game! It’s good for all ages! I love the different choices for different style pieces. It would be better though if you wouldn’t have just anime backgrounds. Solid colors would look better.

Don’t waste your time
The number of ads in this game is enough to delete it, but the AI is the worst aspect. The moment you take any sort of lead (material or position, really) it goes into grand master mode and absolutely dominates you—making the arbitrary difficulty levels nonexistent past one or two moves. There are literally hundreds of other chess apps available, and I can’t imagine any of them being worse than this one.

How to pay to stop annoying ads?
I downloaded the app, but don’t see a way to pay to stop the very annoying adds.

Rigged/Way too many ads. 😡
As soon as I make one move on “easy mode”, the AI reads “easy” as “Make the game as hard as playing Rush E 2”, the ads are also annoying because you have to watch the same ads over and over endlessly, only to be dominated by the easy mode AI! 😡 I am so sorry, but the developers never updated this, so I am officially leaving the game for a different chess app that is actually fair.

Easy mode is too difficult
The very easy mode is extremely easy, however as soon as you move to easy mode it goes crazy and makes the exact perfect move every time giving me absolutely no chance of beating it.
